Das war unser dritter oder vierter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir kamen unerwartet an einem bemühten Wochenende in Gettysburg. Die Probleme begannen, bevor wir sogar nach Hause gelassen. Ich habe meine Bankbilanz geprüft, um sich um unseren Haushalt zu kümmern und sah, dass es eine $114 Hold ohne Beschreibung gab, ich habe meine Bank sofort angerufen und wurde informiert, dass die Hold aus dem Hotel war. Als wir ankamen, fragte ich mich nach dem Halt und wurde gesagt, es sei, weil sie in einer bestimmten Kapazität waren und nur eine bestimmte Anzahl von Zimmern übrig waren. So, sie liefen den Halt, um sicherzustellen, dass wir mit einer gültigen Karte kommen. OK, also ist es okay. Wir haben uns angemeldet und über unser Unternehmen gefahren. Freitag wache ich auf und sehe, dass ich nur einen Mindestbetrag Geld in meinem Konto habe. Der Betrag für das Hotel ist noch ausstehend und es gibt eine Zuschlag $309.02 wird gehalten. Ich fragte auf dem Frontbüro, sprach mit einem Manager und jeder sagte, es sei die Bank. Aber dass die Holde in Inkremente pro Tag freigeben sollte. So natürlich Samstag erwarten ich Geld freigegeben werden. Nein. Ich habe also meine Bank angerufen und sie sagten mir, dass die Haltestelle vom Ende des Hotels ist und es nichts, was sie tun konnten. Dass es wie jemand einen Fehler gemacht hat, wenn ich ankam und es fallen wird, es wird nicht passieren, während ich auf der Reise bin. Da also im Grunde ein guter Teil unseres Haushalts aufgehoben wurde und niemand sehen konnte, wo diese Haltestelle kam, hatten wir eine schlechte Zeit. Wenn ich wusste, dass das passieren würde, hätte ich meine andere Karte mitgebracht oder aus diesem Konto zusätzliches Geld genommen. Außerdem habe ich den Freitag Nachtverpflegungsdienst für mich nicht bequem gefühlt, dass ich nach unten gekommen bin, um gefrorene Lebensmittel zu kaufen und dann eine Frage über das Frühstück oben hatte.

Wir kamen zum Wein- und Musikfestival. Service war gut, aber die Reinigung des Hotels war nicht gut. Wir hatten ein benutztes Waschbecken im Badezimmer, Krümmungen und Schmutz in jeder Ecke und eine Stapel Popcorn Krümmungen unter der Couch-out. Die Hallen waren heiß und reichlich am nächsten Morgen. Ich werde sagen, der Herr am Frontbüro war sehr verstanden, als ich ihm die Bilder zeigte, die ich als Beweis genommen habe.
