I was here on business in May for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised by the elegance of this hotel. Upon arrival at this regal hotel the manager greeted me in English once he knew I wasn't Italian. He went out of his way to accommodate me in getting into my room. The room were very clean and decorated elegantly. Just perfect for my 2 wk stay. Each night I would sit in the Lobby/ great room/ Bar and admire the beautiful surroundings along with the people watching. The Bartender Lucianno was very pleasant to talk too. The Hotel Manger was always friendly and treated me with respect, kindness and consideration. The Hotel is surrounded by concrete walls, shrubs and metal fencing. They also had a security system set in place at the gate. I felt very safe there. The hotel came with NaBoo Spa and I took full advantage of their services with several massages, steam rooms and pools. The Manger at the NaBoo spa that spoke English, beautiful lady with Long Black Hair (wish I could remember her name) was very kind and considerate to my needs. She always explained everything in detail and gave me a tour of the Spa. I definitely took advantage of the services there with a hot stone massage by Rosanne, a destress massage, steam rooms, saunas and pool area. The pricing was very reasonable. I consider this a world class spa with professional staff. My company will be doing business in the area for the next 4 months and I let them know that this would be the place to book my colleagues. Can't say enough about this hotel and can't wait to come back in September.

Firstly the good things, this hotel was kept very clean and the staff were all very friendly and did help with the issues we experienced. The negatives: on arrival our room wasnt ready, we had left home at 07.30 in the morning, and arrived at the hotel 17.30, so an exhausting day travelling (as flying usually is) so to find that the room wasnt ready was not a great start. We had to sit in reception for approx 45 mins waiting. But the main problem for us was that the air conditioning was broken while we were there. The room we were in was on the ground floor, there was no pavement on the street outside so we had cars driving and parking right outside our window. Due to the broken air conditioning we needed to keep the window open to try to get some airflow, but this meant we had all the street noise and traffic fumes coming into the room. The hotel did move us to another room on a higher floor so we were away from the traffic fumes, unfortunately this room had the sun shining in all day and was even hotter than the first room. Again the staff were helpful and found us a fan to use which did help a bit. Our first room on the ground floor was not as nicely decorated as the second room, the first room was tatty and basic, so I think it will depend which room you get allocated as to how nice the room is. We had read reviews that the area is not nice, it was so much worse than we could have imagined - I have never seen so much rubbish piled up, its grubby, dirty and smelled of urine. I had thought a 25-30 minute walk into Naples would be ok, but we only did it once. Got the train thereafter to avoid the disgusting streets on the way in. The trains are surprisingly clean and pleasant compared to walking, once you work out the ticket system. The train station is approx a 10 minute walk from the hotel. There arent many place to eat near to the hotel, and they dont open in the evening until later around 8pm, which is later than we are used to. The hotel food was expensive was quite revolting, we only ate there once. They served a weird cold courgette dish and hard cubes of potato as the vegetable sides. So the rooms, the food, the broken air conditioning and the area surrounding the hotel spoilt our holiday. This was our first holiday together as a couple and we wanted it to be special so its doubly disappointing that the hotel was such a let down. If you want to visit Naples, I would suggest avoiding this hotel, find one closer to the centre where you can wander out of your hotel and be right in the heart of Naples, with all its eateries and coffee shops on your doorstep.

Fabelhafte Lage, in der Nähe unserer Interessen; in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Napoli/Napoli. Einfach zu einem Taxi zu bekommen - sie arrangierten für unseren Taxiservice zum Flughafen für uns. Moderne. Sauber. Einladend. Personal war sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer hatte Zugang zu einer privaten Terrasse. Sehr glücklich, es zu finden.

L'Hotel si trova a Nola in prossimità della Autostrada A16, la struttura è baricentrica rispetto ai capoluoghi della Campania. A pochi minuti e presente il centro Commerciale il Vulcano Buono ed un fornitissimo supermercato il Piccolo. La struttura è di recente ristrutturazione ed i lavori erano ancora in corso nella piscina e negli spazi esterni durante il nostro soggiorno. Nell'hotel abbiamo occupato due stanze ed abbiamo scelto la soluzione a mezza pensione. Del ristorante abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza Old Style di Romano, la cucina di buon livello e la sala di recente ristrutturazione dove abbiamo sempre cenato. La reception funziona perfettamente grazie a Vincenzo ed a Antonella. Le stanze era pulite e silenziose. La colazione nella norma. Il rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Zusammengefasst kann man sagen dieses Hotel ist ein normales 4 Sterne Hotel was die Hygiene und Komfort angeht ABER das Personal ist so extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und zwar alle angefangen von dem Reinigungspersonal bis hin zur Reception wir haben uns dadurch sehr wohl gefühlt und wegen dem Personal habe ich auch 5 Sterne gegeben jeder Arbeiter in diesem Hotel war respektvoll und hilfsbereit danke an das ganze Team !! :)

Pre booking was easy through Agoda. Parked car outside hotel to unload bags, manager helped. Then an easy check in after parking the car across from the hotel for Eur 10 per day in a secure safe camera recorded area. On check-in we were upgraded to a family room which was two rooms with balcony. Rooms were clean and comfortable temperature. That night ate outside at a wonderful restaurant, next morning had breakfast at the hotel which was adequate, Then walked the park and checked out. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Wenn Sie nicht fahren, bleib nicht hier. Terzigno ist eine isolierte Stadt, eine Stunde im Zug von Neapel. (Und der letzte Zug verlässt Neapel um ca. 8 Uhr, so dass Sie nicht erwarten, zumindest in der Lage sein, einen schönen Abend in Neapel zu haben und dann wieder zu schauen!) Die Unterkunft selbst ist gut. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und die Betten sehr komfortabel. Es gibt Dinge, die sich verbessern können; die Dusche war nutzlos. Ein Arbeitskühlschrank war angesichts des schlechten Nahrungsangebots unerlässlich - aber wie das WLAN, funktionierte nicht .... Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Die einzigen Objekte sind ein paar Kuchen/„Toast“ (alle in Packungen). Flaschensaft (Pfirsich - keine anderen Geschmacksempfehlungen) war schön. Es gibt einen Kaffeemacher in der Küche, der von einem vorherigen Benutzer überschwemmt wurde - der Hotelbesitzer/Manager sagte, das Wasser brauchte nur leer. Aber es gab keinen Sinken! Sehr hilfsbereit ... So gingen wir ohne. Es gibt überhaupt nichts frisches - keine Pfannkuchen, kein Brot, kein Obst, kein Joghurt. Es gibt unglaublich NO TAXIS in der ganzen Stadt. Es gibt kein Mobiltelefonsignal und das Hotel-WLAN funktionierte nicht ..... so ohne ein Auto sind Sie wirklich isoliert. Der Typ, der am anderen Ende der Whatsap-Nummer ausgegeben ist, war ein junger Block, der absolut keine Englisch überhaupt sprach. Es war sehr schwierig, überhaupt alles zu kommunizieren und ziemlich stressig. Die Immobilie sagte in einer E-Mail, bevor wir ankamen, dass sie Flughafentransfers anbieten - so sagten wir, wir würden gerne einen. Sie hatten nicht einmal das Problem, zu beantworten. Insgesamt, ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt und eine stressige Erfahrung werden wir nie wiederholen.

We chose this Inn because of the location and we wanted a relaxing break to start our vacation. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Raffaello at the front desk makes you feel like family and he takes care of everything you need. We booked the package that included dinner, cooking class and vineyard tour with wine tasting. Dinner was served in our room in takeout containers with a bottle of wine. It was tasty and we were glad to be able to eat in our room after a long day of traveling. We walked to breakfast and were amazed at the views from the vineyard where breakfast is served. Had a great breakfast (we ate too much!) and then took our cooking class with Helena which was fantastic. We made homemade gnocchi which we later got to eat for lunch. The vineyard is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We then had wine tasting with Carmelo which was also very good paired with our lunch. We then spent time at the Inns beautiful pool on the roof. Our stay was amazing and just what we needed! Only con was that we are too much food because it was very good! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle!
