Great location, situated right on the sea front. Relaxed welcome at reception. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate; clean , spacious & comfortable beds. Breakfast was a disappointment, the cooked breakfast self service selection was depleted, with no urgency to replenish. Our family ate our breakfasts at different times, due to the long wait. I understand that staff don't want to waste food that isn't eaten, but keeping people standing/waiting for up to 20 minutes for fresh food isn't acceptable. The continental selection was OK. Take note of the parking charges if you arrive early. You will be charged for a second day upon checkout. The breakfast scenario would put me returning, but hopefully it was just a blip.
