Car Park is very poor; the damaged surface is everywhere and has not been repaired. but they still charge a day parking fee of 5 pounds.

Service was the excellent amiable staff there no facilities as I was with my family my children had no facilities to do something so they were little bored food was nice but less choice on men.

except the swimming pool was closed, everything is good at all. valued for the price

Good value for money but poor customer service

Lovely stay, staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Beds very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. The pool and gym looks amazing, unfortunately it isn’t reopening til Monday, however it didn’t spoil our stay. Would definitely recommend

Lovely clean and rooms with extremely comfortable beds for a great nights sleep, great menu in the bar and the food is served by friendly smiling staff that cannot do enough for you, all in all a terrific experience and would definately stay here again.

Nice rooms, haven't tried the pool area yet but that's on the cards for next time. Really good food ( reconnect everything) , bar service is lovely... especially Fiona................................................................

Was tempted in to try the food here after a strong recommendation from a dubious family member but boy it didn’t disappoint. Absolutely faultless experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and kindly shown through to the dining area where the waiting staff took over and attended to our every need. Lauren our waitress delivered some of the best hosting services we have come across. From giving us tips on what to choose, making sure we were comfortable and always had a drink to even entertaining our 2 year old like she was her auntie so that we got a little peace to enjoy the wonderful food, Lauren went above and beyond expectations at every opportunity. Now the food… I went for the dirty burger which was cooked to perfection and had a variety of accompaniments that tantalised your taste buds. My better half said her pasta dish was phenomenal and our young one chose some sausages, beans and chips. All 3 plates were empty, a clear sign that the food was enjoyed. We all had puddings and the biscoff cheesecake, lemon and lime tart and the bowl of ice cream were also seen away with much pleasure. The bill at the end was also very reasonable and very much good value for money considering the top quality and quantity of food. If you are thinking of trying somewhere new to dine out then look no further. You will not be left disappointed. Thank you Lauren and thank you to the Aberdeen Dyce Hotel.

We stayed overnight on a Christmas party night. We started with a meal in the bar area which was delicious! I can still taste the raspberry meringue tartlet now. The whole place has a very friendly atmosphere and is very comfortable throughout. Even though it was a really busy night, the staff were still very friendly and polite. Had a super comfy and cosy sleep, all topped off with a very substantial breakfast, which was again very tasty. Would highly recommend a stay at the Aberdeen Dyce hotel!!

I attended a Christmas Party Night at the hotel with a group of friends. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The friendly staff made us feel so welcome and they were all so helpful. The meal we had was excellent and piping hot. The staff did a great job of serving a fully packed hall within great time. The band (Glitz) was the best I’ve seen. The dance floor was full from the first to the last song. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. We had an adjoining room, which was great with there being a group of us. The breakfast was fantastic. There was plenty choice of hot and cold items, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and customer service of Ana at The Aberdeen Dyce Restaurant. The best Ribeye Steak in Aberdeen with a 5 Start service ! Marvelous experience ! A Must if you are in Aberdeen ! The place is very welcoming and vibrant.

Lovely clean comfortable room. Lovely staff, Lovely lady called Fiona in bar and restaurant gave us really lovely service. Not been in that area for a while but next time back will stay in this hotel again. Will tell any friends going that way it is great place to stay.
