I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

Ich bin aus Chengdu gekommen und empfehle auch meinen Kollegen. Ich empfehle auch stark an die Unternehmenskollegen. Ich werde dieses Hotel später halten. Und dann sagen wir, das Hotel ist mit einem kostenlosen Hochgeschwindigkeits-WLAN ausgestattet, sehr bequem, bequem Standort, bequem zu essen und zu essen, Im 13. Jiuzhaigou ist relativ trocken und im Raum werden Gesichtsmasken bereitgestellt. Der gesamte Dekorationsstil ähnelt dem der gesamten Saison. Die Schalldämmung ist nicht sehr gut. Entweder ist eine Lampe im Raum kaputt oder diese Lampe ist kaputt. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Bedienung und Wartung etwas dürftig ist. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des malerischen Gebiets Jiuzhaigou, 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt auch viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Sie können Cherry Kitchen probieren, das sehr bequem zu essen ist. Die Lage ist großartig. Was verbesserungswürdig ist, ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es wird nicht gut gereinigt, die Toilette riecht nach Urin, die Tassen sind nicht abgewaschen und es gibt sogar Teeflecken vom Vorgast.

This was my first time visiting Songpan and as a foreigner, I was super grateful and thankful for the service and hospitality at Songpan No.1 courtyard. Zeng went above and beyond to help me as I didn’t speak any Chinese, she helped me (with the help of a translation app), with transportation, activities and fun bicycle ride to the bus stop. Without Zeng, it would have been difficult to navigate in/out of the city and being a solo traveller, Zeng made sure to check-in. I highly recommend foreigners to stay at this accomodation. As for the hotel- it is situated in the ancient city. There are restaurants/ shops all within walking distance. The Songpan bus station is about 10min walk. The building itself is heritage but it is new and modern on the inside. The room was spacious and clean. It is a smart room- talks to you when you enter and smart bathroom too. Bed was super comfy, plush and new, perfect after a long hike. Thank you again Zeng and the hotel team. Will never forget your kindness.

Was mich natürlich am meisten beeindruckte, war der Service des Hotels. Schon beim Betreten konnte ich die Begeisterung und Rücksichtnahme des Personals spüren. Darüber hinaus bieten sie nicht nur ausreichend Parkplätze, sondern verfügen auch über mehrere Ladesäulen. Ob Schnell- oder Langsamladung, sie können meinen Ladebedarf für Elektroautos problemlos decken. Dieser rücksichtsvolle Service hat meiner Reise zweifellos mehr Bequemlichkeit und Komfort verliehen. Während dieser Reise ist das Mushan Yingxue Ruoergai Inn nicht nur eine Unterkunft, sondern auch eine wunderschöne Landschaft. This was the best hotel of our China trip! Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed, and the room was spotless with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind. When my father experienced a bit of dizziness due to the high altitude, the staff quickly brought him an oxygen machine along with a special tea to help ease the symptoms — such thoughtful care! Dinner at the hotel was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff looked after us throughout the entire meal, and everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was unique and delightful, and the morning latte they served was absolutely perfect . If I ever return to this city, I will definitely stay here again. “This hotel should absolutely be on everyone’s travel list!”

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom malerischen Ort entfernt und hat uns rechtzeitig mit dem Auto abgeholt. Der erste Eindruck ist, dass die Umgebung sehr komfortabel ist In der Gegend ist nicht viel los, aber es gibt Imbissbuden und Taxis. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Xiaoai-Smartphone-System. Als ich nachts ins Hotel zurückkehrte, bestellte ich direkt Essen, das aufs Zimmer geliefert wurde. Ich habe die heißen Quellen nicht erlebt, weil ich zu müde war und direkt schlafen gegangen bin. Ich kann diesen Service wärmstens empfehlen und er ist sehr kostengünstig

Es ist ein wirklich gutes B&B. Ich habe in der ersten Nacht den falschen Weg gewählt und sehr spät eingecheckt. Der Chef war sehr aufmerksam und kochte Tomaten- und Eiernudeln für uns und gab uns eine große Tüte Snacks! ! Während wir Nudeln aßen, halfen sie uns sogar, unser Gepäck direkt aufs Zimmer zu tragen! Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war sehr reichhaltig! Der Chef war sehr nett und hat im Vorfeld alles für uns vorbereitet! Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs, einschließlich allem, was Sie sich vorstellen können! Als ich zurückkam, konnte ich kein Auto finden, also half mir der Chef, eines zu finden. Es ist ein sehr menschliches B&B, das ich allen, die zum Spaß hierher kommen, wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Excellent hotel with unmatched hospitality! This hotel is only 4 months old, the lobby and the dining room are decorated in the ******* style while the rooms are modern style. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and comfortable. This hotel is family-run and their hospitality was unparalleled! They were eager to help even though the guy spoke little English (I consider his English skill as above average from my 10-day trip around Chengdu). They also offered dining service and their meals were delicious while being affordable. The included breakfast was great too, they served traditional noodles with light soup with some proteins and peas on top. The location is great. It took 15-20 minutes from the hotel to reach Dagu Glacier tourist center in winter (icy roads) so in summer when you can drive faster it will be less than 10 minutes. You can reach Heishui city center in less than 20 minutes (again, winter roads) Highly recommended.

Von der Ein- bis Aus-Check-in ging Mimi oben und darüber, um sicherzustellen, dass wir komfortable und gut betreut waren. Sie waren warm, freundlich und immer bereit mit einem Lächeln oder hilfsbereite Empfehlung. Es ist selten, solche echte Gastfreundschaft zu finden. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, mit großen Fenstern, die einen schönen Blick auf das Eis angeboten. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden, der sich entspannen sucht, die Natur zu erkunden.
