I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the care I received during my stay at GB Thermae Hotel in Italy from January 7th to 31st. Emanuel, the manager, assured me that I would receive proper support, but this was not the case. Instead, they assigned a porter to assist me with basic needs, including using the toilet, but he handled me abruptly, resulting in a large wound on my bottom. When I requested proper carers, they were not only unhelpful but also rude and verbally abusive. I feel that the care provided was completely inadequate and unacceptable. Additionally, when I saw a doctor, I was given plasters containing sulphur, despite my allergy, further adding to my distress. Terribly poor quality of care and the injury I suffered. Looking back at my experience, I feel extremely upset and distraught, and I hope this matter can be resolved appropriately.
