We stayed here as part of a group. This hotel has two buildings. The main lobby and access to 4 star hotel and the second building home to offices and 3 star hotel. This apparently is old soviet building/ hotel. We stayed in the latter which actually was quite good. The room was on fifth floor and was a decent size with two comfortable single beds. The pillows were poor but this seems standard in Baltics. The room had good sized TV and desk with kettle and tea/coffee makings - a real plus. There was also a mini fridge. The bathroom was clean and modern. With hot shower. Initially the air con was not working but engineer attended to fix it. It was noisy but worked. The lifts in this building small & dark and jolted when stopping so bit unnerving! The breakfast in main building large buffet selection. Wi fi good. We decided to go to 12th floor restaurant in our block but the lift didn’t seem to work and so we walked up.As we went up you could see the old radiators but the door was blocked and there was oil on the floor so we turned back.

My stay in this hotel is rather mixed. When I checked-in, the staff who admitted she was new to the hotel had difficulty understanding and speaking in English. I asked where the aircon swtich is but she could not comprehend and dont know what I meant. When I went back after dinner, another staff was manning the reception and told me there is no aircon turned on. I have to open my windows. However since my room is located at the back and in front of parking, I can hear the cars parking, even if they assign a room at the other side, it is still noisy with windows open. Was not able to sleep due to noise outside. The room looks like a hostel, quite old, smells woody. The mattress spring seems like giving up. The water pressure at the bathroom is weak, will take some time to finish shower. The room is not well lighted up well, bit dim. And I also read that the park in front was a former cemetery. In terms of location, it is quite a walk to old town (20minutes or more), have to take a bus. The reason I gave 2 not 1 star is because of its affordable price and a good breakfast. If I would stay again at Klaipeda I would not stay here, maybe Ill add a few bucks for more comfort,

Das Hotel hat 3 Sterne und insgesamt sollten Sie nicht mehr erhalten. Es war nicht schlecht, aber wir werden sicher nicht mehr zu ihm gehen. Plus: Lage - ca. 300 m zum Hauptmarkt der Altstadt mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Rund 40 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen, während sehr weit vom Strand entfernt. Sehr großes Plus ist Reinigung: sehr sauber und gut Reinigung, tägliche Vakuumreinigung, Gefühl Chlor und Reinigung im Badezimmer, in diesem Zusammenhang ein großes Plus. Ablehnungen: Gesamtstohlen mit Parkplatz. Zuerst sagen sie es kostenlos, dann auf den Blättern löschen sie es mit einem Pen. Schließlich ist es kostenlos, aber nur 10 Sitze vor dem Hotel sind dauerhaft besetzt. Sie sind auch hinter dem Hotel, aber Sie können nicht parkieren und Sie drohen ein Mandat. Also das Drama mit Parkplatz und schreiben nicht über kostenlose Parkplätze genug Hotelgäste, die auf Urlaub in diesem Hotel .... Das Hotelgebiet ist durchschnittlich - auf der einen Seite das Biermuseum, auf der anderen Seite, die geschnittenen und rollten Wohnungsblock. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber die Badezimmer sind eine Art kommunistisches Drama mit Dusche ohne Möglichkeit der Anpassung. Frühstück: Erste sehr, sehr bescheidene, zweite Hotelrestaurant so klein, dass die Menschen entweder in der Linie standen oder auf der Terrasse und Nest dort sitzen mussten. Im Hauptzimmer nur 4 Tische für die ganzen Hotelgäste in Stunden natürlich 8:00-10:00. Auch die Rezeption ist so dunkel und langsam, dass man oft Coins für die Eincheckung erstellt. Ich denke, das Hotel selbst ist nicht schlecht, aber sicherlich nicht zum Preis, den Sie zahlen müssen. Der Preis ist völlig unzureichend für die Qualität und ich werde meine Beschreibung abschließen.

Wir genossen, in diesem kleinen Hotel zu bleiben. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut gemacht und wir waren am komfortabelsten. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Die warme Atmosphäre hat die ausgezeichnete Duckbrest, die wir bestellt haben, hervorgehoben. Einer der besten Teile des Hotels ist seine Lage. Unmittelbar am zentralen Platz, es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch der Fluss und seine Parks sind etwa einen Block entfernt. Hier ist ein großer Ort für eine Getaway.
