Die besten Hotels in Innsbruck, Österreich

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht zentral, wem es aber nichts ausmacht, vom Flughafen oder Hauptbahnhof mit dem Bus F zu fahren, für den ist es kein Problem. Es zahlt sich sogar aus, denn das Hotel ist sauber, preisgünstig, die Zimmer haben Badewanne (was ich genoss), einen Parkplatz, und das Restaurant hat eine hervorragend Küche. Daher ist es für mich persönlich zu meinem Lieblingshotel in Innsbruck geworden.

Wir waren im Hotel in der 10. Etage in einer Suite und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in dem Haus . Der Empfang war herzlich und freundlich. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ,was den halben Raum umfaßt, ist einfach unbezahlbar. Im der 12. Etage mit offenem und geschlossenem Ausblick und dem Restaurant sind wunderbar. Wir waren hier oben mindestens 2mal am Tag, aber auch zum Frühstück .Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig aufgebaut und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Selten so ein großes Büffet gesehen .Allein hier bietet das Hotel 10 verschiedene Honige an und das nur von bester Qualität .Das Personal hier oben war super freundlich und sehr zugänglich, auch hier nur unser großes Lob. Obwohl der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe ist fanden wir, daß es sehr ruhig war.

Perfekt gelegen um die Innenstadt in 2 Stunden auf der Durchreise zu erkunden. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein Studio/Appartement mit kleinem Wintergarten und Bergblick bekommen. Schönes Café mit toller Aussenterrasse. Ich fand das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist nicht stylisch, sondern eher konservativ funktional. Zum Restaurant und Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da nicht wahrgenommen. Trotzdem 5 Punkte durch das Upgrade.

Das Hotel ist ausserhalb des Zentrums, welches jedoch zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr raffiniert und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Eine wunderschöne Ruheoase bietet die Terrasse im 3. Stock mit Sonnenschirmen, Liegen und Stühlen. Das Frühstück ist so umfangreich und gut, dass ich heute noch glaube nur einen Teil davon gesehen zu haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die Fahrräder haben sie einen abschliessbaren Raum. Müde von der Radtour bekamen wir zum Schluss auch noch ein upgrade. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage, alle Mitarbeiter:innen des Hotels und der zum Hotel gehörigen Bar (Pfiff) äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Abzug gibt’s für das Zimmer, das (vor allem im Bad) nicht ganz sauber war. Betten sind gross und bequem, Zimmer modern und praktisch. Wir kommen wieder.

Camera pulita e accogliente Struttura tenuta bene Personale accogliente e disponibile Colazione molto buona Posizionato in zona tranquilla con tranvia a due passi molto comoda per andare in centro. Due cose negative: In 3 notti di soggiorno non sono mai venuti a dare una pulita Parcheggio auto a rischio di multa, segnato da cartelli ma poco visibili, mi aspettavo solo di venire avvisato( infatti ho preso multa €25,00) Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, consiglio a che volesse visitare Innsbruck

Leider hatte das Hotel mit den mir zur Verfügung stehenden Bildern im Internet und meinen Zimmern...wenig gemeinsam. Schon bei der Ankunft hatte ich durch schlechte Informationen des Personals am Desk fast 40 Minuten verloren mit der Suche des Parkhauses und der entsprechenden Möglichkeit dort auf dem Hotelparkplatz zu parken. Ja, wenn man es weiss ist es einfach, aber man sollte es auch erklären können... Das Zimmer welches ich dann bekommen habe war einfach nur unterirdisch...also im Keller, muffig und einem Fenster was durch Teile der Garage kaum Licht in den Raum gelassen hat. Nach kurzer Diskussion habe ich dann ein anderes Zimmer in der 5ten Etage bekommen. Hier musste leider dann nochmal der Reinigungsservice kommen nachdem ich eine ungereinigte Toilette im Badezimmer hatte....Das Frühstück m Morgen war dann wirklich sehr gut und das dortige Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider wird es nicht mehr der ”graue Bär” werden in Innsbruck.

Es ist ein schönes Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen, wobei ist ja nicht zu Hause, nur seit 6 Jahren unser Hotel wenn wir von den Opernfestspielen in Verona auf der Rückreise hier stoppen um unsere Freunde zu treffen. Das sagt eigentlich ALLES oder???? Die Vorbereitungen liefen problemlos, da im Jahr zuvor schon gebucht sogar mit Wunschzimmer. Das kurzfristige Umbuchen des Zimmers nach einem Telefonat war auch kein Problem, wie gesagt zu Hause. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ausreichend Platz nicht nur für die Koffer. Parken in der nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage mit täglicher Ein- und Ausfahrt (man fährt ja doch rum mit seinen Freunden) kein Problem. Frühstück, ja das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung, aber der Kommentar auf den Wunsch ein 3,5 Minuten Ei zu bekommen war ein bisschen spitz. Das geht besser. Wissen wir. Aber wie dem auch sei, der Adler ist der Adler und man fühlt sich hier sauwohl und das ist wichtigste. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr reserviert.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a convenient location for getting around - next to the train and bus station for links to the airport, international/national trains in other cities, the Swarovski crystal world and around a 10 minute easy walk to the old town. We were checked in early by a very friendly lady on reception who initially let us store our luggage. The snow capped mountain views from the room (ours was on the 8th floor) are stunning and framed perfectly by the big windows. The hotel reception and room was stylishly decorated. In the room, there was a small window that could be opened and the air conditioning was very quiet, though doesn’t go down to the 10c on the thermostat and seemed more like 20c. The bedding was very nice quality and had a soft and firm pillow - these were probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel before. The bathroom is, again, very modern with nice smelling hand wash and shower gel/shampoo. The shower head had a few different settings, including a massage mode which ran for a few seconds. The shelf for the shower gel/shampoo wasn’t very strong though, so had to be held or rested elsewhere and the pump head kept getting stuck, but otherwise was very good and the towels were very soft and thick. The room was fairly quiet, but you could hear other people in other rooms so it doesn’t appear to be soundproofed in any way. Noise from outside (trains, buses and incoming aeroplanes) were very minimal though and did not disturb us. We found the room cleaning system a little strange - there are two cards that you can put on the door. One is not to be cleaned at all during the day and the other is not to have the room cleaned at that time and needs to be removed before 2pm. There isn’t anything to put on the door when you want it to be cleaned, you just have to remove both from the door handle. We initially had the card attached to the door not to disturb at that time (overnight) and then removed it in the morning at 11am and the room had not been cleaned. We were able to get clean towels from reception though. It would be better in my opinion to have a card to have the room cleaned rather than two not to have it cleaned as most people would surely want the room cleaned. We went to the bar on the 13th floor during our stay. This can be visited by hotel guests and non hotel guests. This looks very nice and has great views all around, as well as an outdoor area with blankets. The prices of the drinks are reasonable and comparable with elsewhere in the city. We sat outside and then asked at the bar for a couple of drinks. We were told that there wasn’t any bar service for the outside area - only the inside (which is not a problem at all). However, it was a bit awkward when paying, the lady making the drinks asked if I wanted to give a tip. Given that the drinks were just being made and not brought to our table, I did not give a tip. Rezeption sorry abends unprofessionell genervt und fürs Check in gefühlte 30 Minuten...inkl. Missverständnisse....no go für ein 4* Haus....statt guten Abend heisst es He? Zimmer sauber aber klein....kein Gratiswasser bei einem Zimmerpreis von 160 Euro...Bett solala...übler Geruch von Simon her..... Frühstück katastrophal.....ranziger Salami und verklebter Käse....toll war einzig die Lage und das feine Restaurant des Hotels
