We weren't expecting such a good hotel in a regional WA area. We had a great experience. Plenty of parking with lift access to the rooms. The room was clean with a great bathroom, It had good curtains to keep the room dark which was also very quiet. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We would recommend the Rooftop Bar and also Bob's Bar downstairs; both of which offer good meals and drink selections with friendly staff.

Wir haben hier vorhin geblieben und ich erinnere mich an den schrecklichen Regenschlauchkopf, so habe ich einen Duschkappe gebracht. Glück habe ich getan, wie sie nicht einen liefern. Diese Kopf sind modisch, aber ein Schmerz, wenn Sie nicht wollen, Ihre Haare zu weichen. Das Wasser ist heiß und stark. Es gibt ein Zeichen im Badezimmer, dass Sie Haartrockner bei der Rezeption zur Verfügung stehen. Eine weitere Schande, die dort für einen Haartrockner zu ziehen. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber und das Bett und die Kissen sind sehr komfortabel. Viel Power Points für das Laden. Sehr schönes großes Bildschirm-TV, das gut für das Beobachten aus dem Bett ist! Eine seltsame Sache. Es gibt 2 Fenster, die den Hof ansehen und wenn die Blinden auf sind, kann jeder sehen in! Wenn sie unten sind es dunkel. Sie erhalten 2 Trinkscheine und das Restaurant auf der Website macht gute Mahlzeiten . Bequem sicherer Parkplatz hinter den Toren. Wir würden wieder bleiben

A two site property, with two different ratings. We aware staying at The Mantra for 9 nights, during the period of my son’s wedding. We had booked a 3-bedroomed apartment for the entirety of the stay, to give us plenty of space. On arrival into the 3-bed apartment overlooking the road, it was dark, dated and quite frankly very dirty and need of a (very) deep clean. So back at reception, (after a brief discussion about the wind in Geraldton being the cause) Romena then came out to the reception and asked about my issues. Frankly she saved the day (well 10 days to be precise). She offered us a 2 bedroom apartment in the newer block by the marina (though we were on the car park side of the building). What a difference!! A modern bright apartment, all spotlessly clean, and although we only had 2 bedrooms there was still plenty of space. Romena came back up to the old apartment (17) and took pictures to show the state of the apartment to raise the matter with housekeeping. So without a doubt, stay in the new block, if you can can get a marina view, even better. We had an issue with our washing machine and I was offered the use of a machine in another room after guests had checked out, and the view was amazing. (Thanks to Donna from housekeeping for sorting out the use of the washing machine!!) Nonetheless we had a side view of the beach, and a great view over the town up to the HMAS Sydney memorial. Skeetas restaurant is situated in the same building, and we had breakfast there a couple of times, a takeaway dinner, and a few drinks overlooking the marina. So yes, I would definitely stay at the Mantra Geraldton again, but only in the new block!! Please upgrade the rooms in the other block to the same standard (indeed to the standard you would expect from a Mantra) to avoid guests being so disappointed!!

We are Accor Plus Diamond members and stay at a lot of 4-5 star hotels with Accor on the east coast and the welcome and service that we received from Caitlin is the best we have ever had from Accor, we felt valued and all the lovely and thoughtful touches she did to make our stay more comfortable. Ibis Style Geraldton and Accor is very lucky to have such an amazing team member like Caitlin and with the great guest interaction she provides, I am sure she will do very well in the industry! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Ich blieb hier eine Nacht als Teil einer organisierten Reise mit Autopia. Die Betten waren Sehr komfortabel für eine Hostel Unterkunft; wir waren ein bisschen verwirrt mit allen Korridoren usw. Aber die Karte des Hostels wurde uns bei der Eincheckung erläutert, so dass es half. Das Personal auf der Website war sehr willkommen und freundlich. Auch jeder in jedem Schlafzimmer hatte sein eigenes Schlüsselset, das sehr geschätzt wurde. Würde empfehlen, hier zu bleiben!

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Erbhaus geblieben. Zusätzliche Dienstleistungen sind eine gute Kommunikation des Eigentümers oder Managers, ein komfortables Bett in einem sehr gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit vernünftigen Blinden/Gärten ausgeschlossen, viele Dinge wie Bücher und Antiquitäten und Küchenartikel zu erkunden und zu verwenden, Die Lage auf einer ruhigen Straße in der Nähe des Zentrums von Geraldton und guter warmer Wasserdruck in der Dusche! Minus waren, dass niemand außer den Gästen war - es hat das historische Bett und Frühstück Vibe, die in der Regel von dem Besitzer anwesend gemacht und personalisiert wird; und dass wir nicht das Fernsehen in den Zimmern zu arbeiten. Aber die Beratung im Informationspaket im Zimmer wurde geschätzt, wie alle vorher aufgeführten Pluss. Ich würde gerne wieder bleiben.

This hotel is the best value in Geraldton. Its located right on the ocean foreshore and very reasonably priced. Upon arriving we were greeted by the fantastic staff who were very quick to assist. I had a balcony room which was very comfortable. We had a car but as the was limited parking we parked on the street. No problems. A lovely touch was a free drink voucher in their bar. Whilst talking about drinks, this hotel has the cheapest mini bar prices I've ever seen. I was gob smacked to see Coronas and other beers for $6 each and cheap chocolate snacks in the room mini bar. We had breakfast here the next morning and apart from being decent serves, it was very tasty, as was the coffee. A great stay, but shame I wasn't staying longer.
