Das Barcelo war wie gewohnt eine Übernachtung wert. Der Standard der Barcello Hotels ist immer einwandfrei und man wird nicht enttäuscht, es ist immer stylisch, sauber und modern. Am Hotel ist ein öffentliches Parkhaus angeschlossen dieses ist jedoch relativ eng. 24 Stunden kosten 18 €. Die Stadt hat einiges zu bieten. Das Hotel ist in bester Lage, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Altstadt ist überschaubar und in zwei Tagen gut zu erkunden. Muchas gracias.

Ich liebe den Charakter dieses Hotels, seine Charme ist besondere und die Zimmer haben eine Klasse. Dieses Mal war ich enttäuscht über die ständige Überfahrt von Leuten aus einem Kolloquium, über den Lärm des Rollplattens des Zimmerservices und vor allem habe ich die zweite Nacht Nachbarn gehabt, in der ich alles hörte: ihre Diskussion, ihr Körperlärm, ihr Fernsehen. Es war helflich, und ich bemerkte, dass ich in einem erweiterten Zimmer war, ein Durchgang durch eine einfache Tür kommunizierte mit dem nebenanen Zimmer (109/107). Andere schlechte Punkte: Das WiFi-Internet des Hotels ist völlig falsch, man sieht das Wi-Fi-Netz ohne Code, aber man kann es nie anmelden. Ich konnte niemals ihre Wi-Fi nutzen! Andererseits gab mein Zimmer auf der Straße, sicher ruhig, aber ohne Doppelglas, die Nachtstunden feierten mich! Es gibt Arbeiten im Essensraum, ich habe geschätzt, zum Mittagessen in das Restaurant Mil Cent im Hotel: schöne Stationen, schöne Produkte, schöne Empfang, ausgezeichnete iberisches Jambon, Dilmah Tee. Ein geringfügiger Aufenthalt wegen des Lärms und des verlorenen Charme, am Ende müssen die Zimmer gegen Schäden renoviert werden und das Personal muss auch weniger Lärm machen, mit besserem WLAN und TV. Es gibt andere Hotels mit sehr guter Standort, das werde ich nächstes Mal versuchen.

Spain is a gorgeous country. The people warm and friendly, the sights entrancing, the food unsurpassed. We have been to Spain twice, once in October 2016 pre-pandemic and once in October 2022. During both trips we had the absolute pleasure of staying at La Zoreda. Each time we had an exceptionally warm welcome from the front desk. Massimo and Stephanie made us feel like returning friends. They were warm and engaging speaking perfect English to our hesitant Spanish. The rooms are first class. They are spacious, beautifully appointed and impart a feeling of tranquility the moment you enter. At night the windows open to a breathless silence with just a hint of breeze ruffling the silk curtains making the beautiful embroidered butterflies dance and lulling you into dreamland. The breakfast is excellent, with gorgeous food shared in a wonderful room overlooking the back garden. I particularly like the warm milk they bring for your café con leche. But I save the very best for last. The dining room is outstanding and favorably compares to the best we have enjoyed across several continents. The first night we dined there we ordered off the extensive menu and had a memorable meal. For our second night, we booked the chef's choice special menu and were not disappointed. Not only did he design the menu, but it was printed out with each of the seven courses. It was heaven! The octopus was exquisite, a true taste sensation; the cream of garlic soup smooth, flavorful, each mouthful sensational; the pork perfectly roasted with the outside crackling with flavour. The dessert an eruption of exquisitely blended sensations of fruit and chocolate. Javier was the consummate host leading us through each course matching cocktails and wine with each course. Stephanie to our surprise and delight, provided a glass of champagne to kick off the entire evening. Although the setting is exquisite, it is the staff, the chef, Massimo, Stephanie and Javier who truly make this an unforgettable experience. If you are planning on a trip to Spain, La Zoreda is a destination that must not be missed. We were looking for golf courses and comfort- instead we found a home away from home and a lifetime of memories. We will make a point of returning.

Rummes Zimmer mit Badewanne, Marmor, Bidet. Mit Kocher, Tee, Kaffee, Bar, USB-Ladeanschluss. Der Tisch im Zimmer ermöglicht Ihnen einen Platz zum Essen, Büro zum Schreiben, ist sehr nett. Die Unterkunft war gut erwärmt, ruhig und angenehm.

Wir hatten Ants in unserem Zimmer und sie kamen in unsere Gepäck. Wir blieben dort für 5 Nächte und die Hausaufsicht war so arm, dass sie nicht einmal bemerkt haben. Wir beschwerten uns darüber am letzten Tag und wurden den GM informiert würde uns mit Erklärung und Entschuldigung, aber 4 Tage später keine Nachricht. Frühstücksservice ist nicht akzeptabel. Server waren grob und in zwei Tagen behaupteten sie aus gekochten Eiern!!! Das grundlegendeste Element auf jedem Frühstücksmenü. Zimmer waren nett, aber der Wasserdruck war schrecklich. Die Highlights waren Carla und Sandra auf dem Vordertisch. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Empfehlen Sie diese Unterkunft nicht. Es ist auch völlig aus der Stadt und wenn Sie kein Auto haben, sind Sie bereit, mindestens 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu gehen, um in die Stadt zu kommen.

Stay here for 2 nights The hostel is located in the heart of the historic centre Oviedo, just one street away from the bustling Plaza de la Constitución and City Hall of Oviedo. The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from the main bus and train station in the city and pretty easy to find once I find my way to the city hall. Check-in was really straightforward as the hostel asked me to check in online and all reception needed was my passport to confirm my identity. I was shown all around the hostel, including the kitchen, common area and of course the dorm. The dorm was a four bed dorm with 2 bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The shower and toilets worked well. The bunks were the wooden frame variety, although it was pretty sturdy. Even though my bunkmate was a bit of a night owl, I still got 2 nights of good sleep. The mattress was some kind of thick foam and really comfortable. The covers were thick and I had asked for an extra blanket. Even though it was cold, it still felt warm and cosy under the blankets. Breakfast was provided and mainly consisted of cereals, toasts and spreads, tea and coffee. Nothing fancy, but good for the price of the stay. The kitchen and plenty of utensils as well as cooking equipment, and could be used by guests for cooking too. The hostel is also situated on two floors, with the upper floor also containing rooms, a kitchen and a terrace. It was too cold to use at this time of the year, but I did wander up and it has a lovely view of the city hall. The hostel, room and bathroom were kept clean throughout my stay. The staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. They have lots of information for things to do and see in Oviedo and the surrounding area. I would have no hesitation staying at Green Hostel again.

Ich war besorgt über den Haustier-Dander, aber es fühlte mich gut in den Zimmern. Heads up to the room cleaning team! 👍 Freundlich und hilfreich. Tag für Tag nach unseren Ausflügen kamen wir wieder in ein sauberes Zimmer, Betten waren wunderbar gemacht. Das Frühstück war schön, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Mehr Optionen und eine größere Auswahl wäre schön gewesen: Avocado, besserer Kaffee. Service war schön. Hotelwert/Preis/Qualität/ war gut! Wir parkierten auf der Straße und hatten keine Probleme. Wenn Sie nicht Parkplätze auf der Seitenstraße finden, gibt es eine riesige kostenlose Parkplätze 100 Meter entfernt! Ein Kon ist, dass es nicht genug Licht in den Zimmern, besonders für ältere Menschen. Wir werden sicher hier wieder bleiben.

Gijon lieben, weil er noch Spanisch bleibt und nicht für den Massentourismus gehen wird, und nachdem wir in der Abba in San Sebastien geblieben sind, warten wir sehr auf unseren zwei Nächte hier. Die Preise sind, was uns die Unterschiede und nicht nur aufgrund unterschiedlicher geografischer Lagen bewusst hätten machen müssen. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es keinen Ort, sich außerhalb zu sitzen, während der Tag, an dem die Temperatur ausgezeichnet war, auch in einer starren Brise. Der Schwimmbad ist nur für drei Monate bis Anfang September geöffnet, obwohl es nie in jedem Fall gefunden wurde! Die Dachterrasse, die hervorragend mit Tischsnd-Setungen ist, öffnet nur bei 17.00 - warum? Für Hotelinformationen Sie haben yo gehen die ubiquitous Internet-Seite, die mehr Fragen als Antworten gibt und sie liebte, die gedruckten Informationen, die viel mehr zu lesen! Die Zimmer sind kleiner (aber komfortabel genug), aber völlig fehlende Soundproofing, wie man den besetzten Verkehr ganzen Tag deutlich hörte, Menschen in anderen Zimmern und bewegen sich im Korridor. Parkplatz unterhalb war geräumig und leicht verfügbar während des Ausbleibens. Kein Essen, vom Ende des Mittagessens, ist offensichtlich überall im Hotel bis 20.00 am Abend und das gleiche, ziemlich einfache, Menü wird im Bar und im Innengeschoss serviert. Ich würde hinzufügen, es ist jedoch ziemlich gut und bemerkenswert günstig! Es ist ein guter 10/15 Minute Spaziergang zum Zentrum und vielleicht 20/30 zum alten Stadtgebiet für alte wie uns. Es war ein angemessener Aufenthalt, aber würde es nicht auf unserem nächsten Besuch in dieser Stadt versuchen, es wiederholen

Zusammenfassend fanden wir das Hotel phänomenal, alle sehr sauber und sauber, schönes und korrektes Zimmer. Das Hotel mit guter Lage wird ca. 15 m zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt sein. Und für das Setzen eines ”Aber” werde ich Folgendes aufdecken. Bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption erklärte das Mädchen, das uns besuchte (übrigens sehr schön), dass es ausreichte, wenn wir frühstücken und von dem Angebot von 9 € profitieren wollten, damit wir ihn am Vortag einstellen würden, weil es 18 € sein würde. Insgesamt gingen wir zum Abendessen und zurück ins Hotel, um das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag zu mieten. Was uns überraschte, war, dass der Junge, der an der Rezeption war, uns sagte, dass wir ihn für den gesamten Aufenthalt mieten mussten, um von dem Angebot zu profitieren so viel Ärger, dass wir es nicht getan haben, weil sie uns das zuerst nicht gesagt haben. Aber am Sonntag vor der Abreise war ein anderes Mädchen an der Rezeption und um zu bestätigen, was die wahre Version war, erzählten wir ihr, was passiert war, bestätigten die Version ihres ersten Begleiters, sie bat uns tausend Entschuldigungen für die Tatsache selbst, und mit Impotenz d Ich konnte das Frühstück nicht genießen.

Wer hier ein Hotel gebaut hat, ist sehr mutig. Es gibt nichts in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist fast am Ende einer Spur, die zu einem kleinen Steinstrand mit extrem niedriger Besetzung führt. Das Gebäude ist modern und ziemlich minimalistische. Obwohl es während meines Aufenthalts voll war, habe ich keinen Lärm von anderen Zimmern oder von Blei, extrem ungewöhnlich in Spanien. Mit keinem Verkehrsübergang waren die Nächte lecker ruhig. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück wird serviert, das alle anderen Kunden in der Innenstadt nahm. Ich nahm die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück im Schatten im schönen Garten. Es gab kein Abendessen, da sie keine Mitarbeiter finden konnten, nicht das erste Mal, dass ich das in Asturien hörte. Es gibt einen Fußweg in die Stadt, und in 15 Minuten kommt man an eine Bar mit Essen. Ich wollte dort essen, aber dann entdeckte ein aus der Stadt, leicht zugängliches Supermarkt ca. 8 Minuten Fahrt vom Hotel. Ich habe also Nahrungsmittel gekauft, die kalt gegessen und am Strand gegessen werden könnten. Ich tat das beide Abende und hatte eine sehr angenehme Zeit, mit dem Tank der Meerluft, der Sound der Wellen und der Blick auf die Sonne, die über interessante Rockformationen aus dem Brunnen schwingen. Ein paar Bier am Strand vor dem Abendessen hat mich gefreut! So, ein charmanter Aufenthalt und ein Ort, wo ich willkommen zurückkehren würde.

El Moderne is a great hotel situated in the heart of the fabulous city, Gijon. I traveled solo and stayed here for 8 days and had a lovely time. The hotel is stylish and impeccably clean. The staff are gracious and welcoming. It was easy to walk everywhere from such a convenient location and so close to the beach. I will definitely return next year.

Das Auslebnis im Zentrum gibt viel Lärm am Abend und am Abend, auch mit Fenster geschlossen und Ohrtürmen gibt es viel Lärm. Der Aufzug, die Wassernutzung von Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette ist auch deutlich zu hören. El Hotel Retiro de Cardea está muy cerca del centro de Oviedo en un lugar tranquilo donde es relativamente fácil aparcar. Hay desayuno buffet por 6 euros y también puedes desayunar un café y tostadas/croissant a la plancha por 3 euros. Cerca hay un lidl y bares y restaurantes. El precio es muy bueno (por lo menos en temporada baja). En la sexta planta había bastante ruido, procedente de una sala de máquinas cercano, pedí que si me pudiera cambiar a una habitación más baja y me dijeron que ”ese ruido fuera posible que también estuviera en las demás plantas, que de normal nadie se queja de ello y que si me cambiaba sería mañana”, así que dada la escasa predisposición y empatia que tuvo este trabajador para cambiarme de habitación (en temporada baja creo que hubiese sido sencillo...) opté por dormir con tapones el resto de los días.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber ich würde das Restaurant nicht empfehlen. Starter war ausgezeichnet (3 Langustinen mit Carpaccio von viera). Dann hatte ich eine Art Bier, mein Mann hatte fabada asturiana. Beide waren nicht gut, so dass wir es nach dem Essen nur ein bisschen zurück. Wir mussten nicht dafür bezahlen, was ok ist, aber wie das ist es nicht schön, ein Restaurant zu gehen.
