Das Hotel ist generell etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das zeigt sich an allen Ecken und Enden. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf eine Suite mit Sicht aufs Mittelmeer. Das war cool am Tag und sehr laut in der Nacht. Anders gesagt, wir waren noch nie in einem Hotel, in dem es so laut war wie hier. Die Fenster sind so alt, da ist keine Isolation vorhanden. Der Pool wäre schön, aber es hat kaum Platz. Das Essen war super, vor allem die griechische Taverne ist sehr zu empfehlen. OK, aber kein Highlight.

Der vierte Saisonstandard ist, dass ich am besten in allen vier Saisons Business Hotels gelebt habe. Die Gästeservice-Personen, die vor dem Aufenthalt anwesend waren, schicken eine E-Mail, um meine Liebe zu bestätigen. Wenn Sie Frühstück essen, haben mehr Leute am Türsteck das Restaurantmanager gesehen, der sagte, das Frühstück in mein Zimmer zu senden. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig. Ich habe fünf Nächte gelebt. Obwohl es nicht viel geht, können viele Menschen im Vorhall meinen Namen herausgeben. Dieser Teil der Kognition ist wirklich sehr zufrieden. Am letzten Abend war es wegen des Abendessens etwas unbehaglich. Der Hotelmanager kam aus eigener Initiative, um sich zu entschuldigen. Ich habe auch den Kakao geschickt (weil ich mit meinem Mann zusammen bin und mir geheimlich geholfen habe, romantische Gestaltung zu machen und den Mondkaka zu liefern). Das Hotel-Hostel ist sehr mächtig Haha. Es hat auch geholfen, die Nukleinsäure-Tests zu bestellen (das Hotel ist sicher, wenn ich in unser Zimmer bin und die Nukleinsäure zu machen, ist sehr sicher. Ich habe auch einen Zugschein nach Kairo gekauft. Der ganze Prozess ist, das magische Gibbs-Abteilung Hahaha zu rufen, um alles zu lösen. Es ist wirklich die vier Saisonen, die nie enttäuschend werden. Ich liebe FS immer.

Yhis Hilton ist in einem Mall. Es ist eine Art Oase unter dem Rauch, Verkehr. Und Chaos von Alexandria. Es gibt zwei Pools, ein Fitnesscenter und ein Spa, und drei Restaurants, so dass Sie wirklich nicht zu verlassen. Das Mall verfügt über alle schnellen Speisen wie McDonsld's, KFC, Cinnabon, Pizza Hut, Starbucks und Hardees. Es gibt einen kleinen Spaßpark für Kinder und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist ein Theater beigefügt, aber es ist für Renovierung gebleicht. Sehr schön für den Preis. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt nur zur Entspannung und zum Genuss der Erfahrung verlängert.

Es war wunderschön. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Wir hatten am Anfang ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick, was uns nicht gefiel. Wir wollten das Meer sehen. Nach Absprache mit der Rezeption und einem höheren Preis haben wir ein anderes Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super lecker. Es gibt alles was man sich so vorstellen kann. Man findet für jeden was. Service war auch sehr gut. Das Wasser im Bad wollte nicht wärmer werden und ein Mitarbeiter kam sehr schnell und hat für uns alles super eingestellt und das problem gelöst. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt ein Bus der jede Stunde kostenlos zum Strand fährt. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strand der nur für die Besucher ist und sehr sauber ist. Einen internen Pool gibt es auch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schelten machen? Nicht loslassen Obwohl es ein Witz ist, ist dieser Ort wirklich ein Sheraton-Name. Die Lobby ist unordentlich. Der Aufzug darf zur jährlichen Überprüfung nicht in China bleiben. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Ausstattung sehr alt und das Bad zu klein zum Baden. Der Frühstücksraum war überfüllt, und der Kellner drängte sich wie ein Ballett über dem kleinen Esstisch. Die Köche mussten zur Umschulung wieder zur Schule gehen. Der Check-in und Check-out stießen auf seltsame Abläufe. Neben dem Meerblick Unbedeutend Was bedeutet es übrigens, die Minibar mit einem Kabelbinder zu binden? Ich persönlich empfinde das als Beleidigung.

The room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra. Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff. Location excellent. The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up. This could be a great hotel, but is a now a reminder of indifference and apathy. The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person. The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert. Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update.

We had a short 1 night stay at this hotel and wish it could have been longer. This is a lovely hotel with super friendly staff ! We were greeted warmly and given fresh juice. We were upgraded to a larger sea view room with a nice fruit basket waiting! Hotel is in a great location - just a few blocks away from the promenade and the sea - it’s great for walking. Between the lovely hotel and friendly staff and great location I would definitely recommend this hotel - we loved it!

I was so pleasantly surprised staying here, after the terrible Happi Hotel in Aswan beforehand. The room had very good Wifi, the heating worked very well and the hotel itself was quiet. Also outlets by the bed yay! The reception promised a” quiet” room in 806 which, LOL, I don’t think Egyptians have any concept of the word. Traffic noise could clearly be heard and the muezzin is LOUD at daybreak prayers. Still wearing earplugs and putting a pillow over my head worked to get a fairly decent sleep. Oddly there is no Wifi in reception. The on-site restaurant has decent breakfast but like everywhere in Egypt it seems ZERO customer service granted; wait times for food seem to be, literally hours. Staff English is nonexistent.

The hotel is clean and the area is okay but I was so un lucky to be placed near a room of young teenagers that they kept talking and laughing till 3 am and the isolation of sound in rooms in this hotel is non existent almost . What is sad that this group of people are up at 8 am and the loud voices of people cleaning and the hoover woke me up ! Which made my sleeping and resting experience terrible I slept almost 4 hours ! I stayed in July or last June it was was not that noisy ! Literally people are not considerate or the sound isolation in rooms need to be amended . This stay was the worst I had ever in hotels in terms of ability to rest and sleep because of the outside noises!!

I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while. Long story short: you can find better

Der Hotelservice ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig ~ möchte nicht im Hotel ausgehen, kann am Meer sitzen, oder der Sommerpalastgarten ist eine gute Wahl?

Eine meiner schlimmsten Erfahrungen bislang, von einem jungen Rezeptor namens Paula, eine unerwartete Person, und ich zeigt keine Respekt und Anerkennung für die Gäste, und das Hotelzimmer ist nicht sehr gut, und es gibt viele Dinge, die sehr effizient arbeiten, wie Gräben, Splitter, sogar Wasserheizer und Verbindungsdeckel. Die Elektrizität ist nicht in guter Zustand, und das ist ein großes Risiko für Kinder und Menschen, die nicht einmal auf der Ebene des Badezimmers Strom erfahren haben, nicht regelmäßig persönliche Reinigung im Badezimmer und Badezimmer Toiletten für mehr als drei In den Tagen hat niemand sogar Papiertoiletten in das Badezimmer gelegt. Die Wärme funktioniert nicht sehr effizient, und der Teppich ist schmutzig und unrein.

The room photograph and description (1st floor 28 square metres) did not match the actual room allocated (4th floor. 18 square metre).. This is illegal in many countries, but apparently not for this hotel. The duty manager of the day was prepared to allocate a better room, but only at an extra charge. I was not happy with this so did not pay extra. Breakfast was pleasant. Lovely view. Attentive waiting staff. Location excellent. The windows of the hotel ground floor facing the sea were disgraceful. Peeling paint Abandoned empty decorating containers, food waste. Lazy maintainance and lack of pride. Clearly nobody is checking or following up. This could be a great hotel, but is a now a reminder of indifference and apathy. The check out manager was more helpful and offered an upgrade should I visit again. However both parties know that is unlikely. I filled in the hotel questionnaire recording these issues. I hope it gets to the right person. The attached photograph shows the much nicer room and embellished description in the advert. Clearly all photos and measurements need to be updated so they actually match the rooms that are being sold. Since I expressed my concerns on 20 march 2023, there has been no update.

Es war wunderschön. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Wir hatten am Anfang ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick, was uns nicht gefiel. Wir wollten das Meer sehen. Nach Absprache mit der Rezeption und einem höheren Preis haben wir ein anderes Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super lecker. Es gibt alles was man sich so vorstellen kann. Man findet für jeden was. Service war auch sehr gut. Das Wasser im Bad wollte nicht wärmer werden und ein Mitarbeiter kam sehr schnell und hat für uns alles super eingestellt und das problem gelöst. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt ein Bus der jede Stunde kostenlos zum Strand fährt. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strand der nur für die Besucher ist und sehr sauber ist. Einen internen Pool gibt es auch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We had a short 1 night stay at this hotel and wish it could have been longer. This is a lovely hotel with super friendly staff ! We were greeted warmly and given fresh juice. We were upgraded to a larger sea view room with a nice fruit basket waiting! Hotel is in a great location - just a few blocks away from the promenade and the sea - it’s great for walking. Between the lovely hotel and friendly staff and great location I would definitely recommend this hotel - we loved it!

Schelten machen? Nicht loslassen Obwohl es ein Witz ist, ist dieser Ort wirklich ein Sheraton-Name. Die Lobby ist unordentlich. Der Aufzug darf zur jährlichen Überprüfung nicht in China bleiben. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Ausstattung sehr alt und das Bad zu klein zum Baden. Der Frühstücksraum war überfüllt, und der Kellner drängte sich wie ein Ballett über dem kleinen Esstisch. Die Köche mussten zur Umschulung wieder zur Schule gehen. Der Check-in und Check-out stießen auf seltsame Abläufe. Neben dem Meerblick Unbedeutend Was bedeutet es übrigens, die Minibar mit einem Kabelbinder zu binden? Ich persönlich empfinde das als Beleidigung.

Room 1103 Pros: - good location (somehow central) - facing the sea - good breakfast, and could use some improvement for a 4 star hotel - friendly check-in agents Cons: - DIRTY. I've been to hotels of the same price range and this IS dirty. There were swatted flies and nose booger on the walls. Cups almost never washed. Hair on the shower floor - The AC doesn't work in winter, it's just a fan. I thought we wouldn't need it in view of Alexandria's weather, but the room was super hot because of the sun reflection. We also couldn't sleep with the window open because of the street noise. Two sleepless nights. There's only one elevator working but that wasn't an issue for me, even if we had to wait a while. Long story short: you can find better
