Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer teilweise unzumutbar. Bei Anreise erhielten wir ein Zimmer, welches einem dunklen alten Loch geglichen hat. Nach Beschwerde bei der Reiseleitung, konnten wir uns 4 weitere Zimmer anschauen und uns dann für eines entscheiden. Dann war auch das Zimmer perfekt für uns ( groß, geräumig und vor allem HELL). Ich denke das Problem ist dem Management bekannt, deshalb auch das kulante Entgegenkommen. Das Essen und der Service ist sehr sehr gut. Man gibt sich alle Mühe! Hier findet jeder etwas. Der Strandabschnitt ist per Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und mit Abstand der schönste in der Region aufgrund des abfallenden Sandstrandes. Fussläufig sind auch etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars zu erreichen. Auch der Dolmus nach Side oder Manavgat (10-20 Minuten für 1€ pro Person) fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Nach dem bösen Erwachen am ersten Tag, waren wir im Endeffekt zufrieden für das Geld. Nochmal kommen wir jedoch nicht, da gibt es in der direkten Umgebung schönere Hotels - zumal dieses hier anscheinend kernsaniert werden soll innerhalb der nächsten 24 Monate - daher wird auch vermutlich nichts mehr investiert.

Schön zentral gelegenes Hotel, optisch von innen und außen gut. Das war aber auch schon alles. Bewertungen scheinen gekauft zu sein oder nur von Stammgästen. Da es in diesem Hotel zwei Klassengesellschaft gibt. Alles in allem lässt es sich mit folgendem Sprichwort beschreiben; Außen Ui, Innen Pfui! Leider wurde unser Zimmer nicht wirklich gereinigt, in der Dusche musste man aufpassen, nicht auszurutschen. Minibar, die täglich gefüllt werden sollte, wurde nie aufgefüllt, selbst nach mehrfacher Beschwerde bei der Gästebetreuung, wir haben uns alles selbst mit genommen. Mitarbeiter stehen vor dem Spiegel während des Essens der Gäste und richten sich die Haare. Rezeption hängt permanent am Handy und die Lobbybarmitarbeiter machen sich die Zähne während des Barbetriebs mit Zahnstochern sauber. Patissariemitarbeiter unterhalten sich lieber mit Kollegen, statt die hereinkommende Gäste zubedingen. Frühstück besteht aus löslichem Kaffee, den es sogar in Firmen besser gibt und jeden Tag die selbe Wurst die aus drei verschiedenen Sorten bestand. Säfte gibt es ausschließlich aus dem Tetrapack. Cocktails gibt es fertig gemischt aus der Flasche bzw. aus dem Mixer (Pina Colada) der den ganzen Tag dort verharrt und nur bei Bestellung kurz eingeschaltet wird, schmecken tut es nach abgestanden Wasser und etwas was nicht defnierbar ist. Das Mittag- und Abendessen wird kalt am Buffet serviert und nach zwei Tagen gibt es hier Wiederholungen. Das typisch türkische Essen fehlt hier komplett. Obstauswahl besteht aus Apfel, Orange und Blutorange, wenn man Glück hat waren Orange und Blutorange geschnitten,jedoch immer vertrocknet. Erdbeeren gab es an zwei Abenden, diese waren jedoch matschig und vergammelt. Wir können hier absolut keine Empfehlung aussprechen, da auch die Mitreisende Gäste in Jogginghose, Badehose oder Hotpants zum Essen erschienen sind. Außerdem sollte beachtet werden, dass mehr als 50 % der Gäste Osteuropäisch sind und auch Mitarbeiter wenig bis gar nicht Deutsch sprechen.

Wir waren hier weil wir vor dem Herbst/Winter noch ein mal ein wenig Sonne tanken wollten und weil das Hotel ins ”Budget” passte. Der Empfang am Ankunftstag war sehr nett und überhaupt war der Service während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut. Das Hotel hat einen 80'er Charme und auch wenn ein wenig das Moderne fehlt und hier und da der Putz bröckelt, würde ich sagen, dass alles im Rahmen ist. Die Zimmer sind groß genug (sehr große Dusche !) und einziger Minuspunkt sind die extrem harten Betten die uns sehr zu schaffen machten. Man bekommt kostenlos Strandtücher (wenn man die nach Gebrauch tauschen möchte kostet es wohl 50 Cent) und lediglich der Save auf dem Zimmer kostet extra eine kleine Gebühr. Der Pool und auch der Strandbereich ist ordentlich und auch sauber und wir bekamen immer Liegen. Entweder man geht zu Fuß in ca. 8 Minuten zum Strand oder fährt mit dem Shuttle-Mobil der ständig hin- und her pendelt. Am Pool war ab ca. 17 Uhr die Sonne weg und zumindest im Oktober empfiehlt es sich ggf. an den Strand zu gehen, wo die Sonne bis zum Untergang da ist (ab 17 Uhr gibt es am Strand aber keine Getränke mehr). Das Essen war grundsätzlich ganz gut und es war immer etwas dabei was wirklich schmeckte. Natürlich gab es auch einige Gerichte, die nicht so toll waren aber es hat trotzdem gepasst. Was gar nicht ging ist die Marmelade. Die ist ungenügend weil sie einfach nur nach einem süßen ”etwas” schmeckte und leider sind die Fruchtsäfte (den Namen Frucht sollte man eigentlich gar nicht nennen dürfen) ebenfalls ein absolutes No-Go. Ich bekam die künstlich-süßen Säfte nicht runter und tröstete mich mit Wasser. Zweiter Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs. Da waren einige (!) dreckige Teller, Besteck und Tassen dabei, die klar sichtbar einfach dreckig waren - das geht so nicht. Ein weitere Kritikpunkt ist leider der Plastikwahn. Das man die Getränke in spülbaren Plastikbecher serviert ist scheinbar nicht unüblich (wir kennen uns nicht so gut mit AI-Hotels aus) aber am Strand werden die Getränke in kleinen extrem dünnen Plastikbechern ausgeschenkt die man nach dem Gebraucht weg schmeißt. Wenn alleine eine Person pro Strandtag 5 oder mehr Getränke trinkt (bei Bier können es auch mal mehr sein :-)) kommt man wahrscheinlich auf Zehntausende (oder hunderttausende) Becher die hier pro Saison weg geschmissen werden. Das ist m.M.n nach nicht OK, zumal auch z.B. die Burger, die es Mittags gibt, in Plastik (anstatt Serviette) eingehüllt sind. Leider gibt es einige weitere Beispiele zum Thema Plastik. Was uns ebenfalls nicht gefallen bzw. geschmeckt hat waren die Cocktails. Die kommen teilweise fertig aus großen Getränkemischmaschinen und schmecken extrem künstlich und nach NICHTS. Die Animation hält sich zum Glück in Grenzen wobei wir es peinlich fanden, dass 11 Jährige Kinder, die des Boccia-spielen mehr als mächtig (!) sind, nicht mit spielen dürfen. Schade, schade, schade .... wir wurden vom Animateur sehr unhöflich des Feldes verwiesen und somit
