When we arrived it looked as beautiful as the photos. When we got to the check In desk we was told that only 2 out of 4 of our rooms was available and the other two would be ready the next day, as they had overbooked! My daughter & her partner had to share a family room with her brothers who are also in their 20s. We was then told there was a late night buffet for guests who arrive late in the night, when we had walked down to the restaurant & we had found it was left over hot food that’s was now cold from dinner service which had not been covered and had flies buzzing around them. We had to leave the hotel to Find a restaurant so we could eat. Throughout our first full day we found that this hotel is not Intrested in English families and refuse to help with even the slightest request, I had asked if we could join two dinner tables together so my family would be together and was refused, seconds later a German family had asked for the same thing and the waiters in the restaurant done it for them instantly, we was all given paper place mats on our tables but the German and Russian families tables were Always fully dressed with everything waiting for them. As far a food it’s manageable but ends up being the same food throughout the whole week, we all preferred the 12:00 snack bar as the food was a lot better than the restaurant itself. If you would like a sun bed by the pool I would strongly advice you to be out of your rooms with your towels at 06:00am as your unable to get them if you leave it until later in the day even though we are all told we cannot reserve sun beds until 08:00am this applies for the private beach also. If your looking for cocktails your best to go out of the hotel as my family throughout the whole week had watched bartenders pour our half of the spirit bottles and top them back off with tap water, my son had pointed this out and told the barman he would like a fresh bottle opened as he didn’t want to drink the water from the taps, the barman then became extremely rude and refused to serve him, when this was brought up to the hotel manager who was normally quite polite and helpful he very rudely and abruptly shushed my son and waved him away. We then had noticed Germans and Russians who had asked for an alcoholic drink was being served from different alcohol bottles that were hidden out of sight from the bar. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody and I certainly wouldn’t be returning.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Besonders danken möchte ich Frau Miray, einer Mitarbeiterin des Hotels. Bis auf die Rutsche haben wir alles genutzt, es war sehr erfolgreich. Das Essen war köstlich. (Ich glaube, die Rutschen haben Kindern eher gefallen) Ein sehr überfülltes Hotel. Essen und Trinken hört nie auf, es ist eine ständige Aktivität. Unsere Freunde Aylin und Alper haben sich bei der Animation großartig um uns gekümmert, und auch ihnen möchte ich danken.

Wir waren hier weil wir vor dem Herbst/Winter noch ein mal ein wenig Sonne tanken wollten und weil das Hotel ins ”Budget” passte. Der Empfang am Ankunftstag war sehr nett und überhaupt war der Service während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut. Das Hotel hat einen 80'er Charme und auch wenn ein wenig das Moderne fehlt und hier und da der Putz bröckelt, würde ich sagen, dass alles im Rahmen ist. Die Zimmer sind groß genug (sehr große Dusche !) und einziger Minuspunkt sind die extrem harten Betten die uns sehr zu schaffen machten. Man bekommt kostenlos Strandtücher (wenn man die nach Gebrauch tauschen möchte kostet es wohl 50 Cent) und lediglich der Save auf dem Zimmer kostet extra eine kleine Gebühr. Der Pool und auch der Strandbereich ist ordentlich und auch sauber und wir bekamen immer Liegen. Entweder man geht zu Fuß in ca. 8 Minuten zum Strand oder fährt mit dem Shuttle-Mobil der ständig hin- und her pendelt. Am Pool war ab ca. 17 Uhr die Sonne weg und zumindest im Oktober empfiehlt es sich ggf. an den Strand zu gehen, wo die Sonne bis zum Untergang da ist (ab 17 Uhr gibt es am Strand aber keine Getränke mehr). Das Essen war grundsätzlich ganz gut und es war immer etwas dabei was wirklich schmeckte. Natürlich gab es auch einige Gerichte, die nicht so toll waren aber es hat trotzdem gepasst. Was gar nicht ging ist die Marmelade. Die ist ungenügend weil sie einfach nur nach einem süßen ”etwas” schmeckte und leider sind die Fruchtsäfte (den Namen Frucht sollte man eigentlich gar nicht nennen dürfen) ebenfalls ein absolutes No-Go. Ich bekam die künstlich-süßen Säfte nicht runter und tröstete mich mit Wasser. Zweiter Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs. Da waren einige (!) dreckige Teller, Besteck und Tassen dabei, die klar sichtbar einfach dreckig waren - das geht so nicht. Ein weitere Kritikpunkt ist leider der Plastikwahn. Das man die Getränke in spülbaren Plastikbecher serviert ist scheinbar nicht unüblich (wir kennen uns nicht so gut mit AI-Hotels aus) aber am Strand werden die Getränke in kleinen extrem dünnen Plastikbechern ausgeschenkt die man nach dem Gebraucht weg schmeißt. Wenn alleine eine Person pro Strandtag 5 oder mehr Getränke trinkt (bei Bier können es auch mal mehr sein :-)) kommt man wahrscheinlich auf Zehntausende (oder hunderttausende) Becher die hier pro Saison weg geschmissen werden. Das ist m.M.n nach nicht OK, zumal auch z.B. die Burger, die es Mittags gibt, in Plastik (anstatt Serviette) eingehüllt sind. Leider gibt es einige weitere Beispiele zum Thema Plastik. Was uns ebenfalls nicht gefallen bzw. geschmeckt hat waren die Cocktails. Die kommen teilweise fertig aus großen Getränkemischmaschinen und schmecken extrem künstlich und nach NICHTS. Die Animation hält sich zum Glück in Grenzen wobei wir es peinlich fanden, dass 11 Jährige Kinder, die des Boccia-spielen mehr als mächtig (!) sind, nicht mit spielen dürfen. Schade, schade, schade .... wir wurden vom Animateur sehr unhöflich des Feldes verwiesen und somit
