Wir haben es sehr gefallen. Wir gehen wieder. Wer zählen? Danke an unseren Direktor, der Universal. Er war von Anfang bis Ende sehr auf uns interessiert. Die Speise waren sehr vielfältig und süß. Die Schließung und das Frühstück waren kostenlos mit frischem, langweiligem Orangensaft. Es ist gut, dass es überall im Wifi-Hotel Zimmer mit eingeschlossen und schnell ist. Die Hammer ist großartig. Die Küstenseite war sogar in dieser Saison großartig. Die Bar-Beschäftigten waren sowohl Spaß als auch Lächeln. Ich weiß, dass ich den Behörden dankbar bin. Ich habe die Pisten vergessen. Legende. Ich gratuliere den Meistern.

La ubicación del Hotel realmente es muy buena, es muy cerca de la playa y tiene un espacio en la mismas con las tumbonas muy cómodas para descansar y relajarte con mucha seguridad. Las instalaciones del Hotel realmente para ser de Categoría 5 estrella esta en muy malas condiciones muy antiguo y sin renovación. La limpieza era todos los días pero insuficiente totalmente debido a que siempre encontrabas cabellos por todas partes, el cambio de las toallas sin fueron diario pero el de las sabanas de la cama solamente una vez en toda una semana aunque si arreglaban la misma eso si la limpieza se demoraba muchísimo y en ocasiones hasta después del mediodía cuando siempre dejábamos la instalación en la mañana. El personal de la recepción muy amable al igual que el resto de los empleados. eso si dos semanas antes de entrar en el Hotel me estuve intentando comunicar con el mismo a través de su dirección de Emails ya que necesitaba información sobre el transfer entre el Aeropuerto y el Hotel pero en ninguna de las 3 veces que le escribí me devolvieron una respuesta.
