Polecam z czystym sumieniem.Domki jak nowe, czyste wyposażone w wszystko co niezbędne. Dużo zieleni😃 wokół domków. Słabe WiFi ale chyba dlatego że wieczorami było duże obciążenie 😩. Super baza wypadowa do Wenecji , Werony i wokół jeziora.

Decent hotel, probably past it's heyday but did the job for us. The room was a little dated but was clean and tidy. The breakfast was typical buffet fare and had a decent choices. Location wise it was great, situated in the heart of the town with plenty of restaurants close by. Being so close to the ferry was also really handy. It's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the rail station which was great.

Great hotel. Have just stayed for 5 nights. Decor and amenities really nice and comfortable. Everywhere was spotless! Our room was quite large and really couldn't fault it. Shower seemed to turn hot and cold all by itself but we managed. Staff were all very hard working and lovely. Even though its just off the lake It's a little remote being in-between Sermione and Desenzano. Glad we had a hire car as I think we would have struggled otherwise but if you have transport It's a good base. There is some free parking on site and nearby. Otherwise they charge 20 euros per night to use their underground parking. Nice rooftop area over looking the lake with a small heated pool. Also has another ground floor large pool though I'm not sure if this is closed now as weather is a little cool. There was an extra charge for us for the spa but we didn't have chance to use it as we were so busy sight seeing. Breakfast was plentiful. Everything you could want to eat. You could get some lunch but there was no evening restaurant which was the only downside for us. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and of course there are thousands of restaurants in the towns around the lake but it maybe would have been nice to come back from a long days sightseeing to be able to relax with a meal before we retired and didn't have to drive/walk back to the hotel after eating.

Das neue Hotel ist mit einer coolen Lage am See. RUM: Räumiges Zimmer, sehr komfortabeles Bett und großes Badezimmer. Was ist am wichtigsten jedes Zimmer hat ausgezeichnete Soundproof!! Unsere Wohnung hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf den See - es ist wirklich cool! Sie haben Ihren eigenen Tisch, wo Sie schöne Zeit verbringen können. STELLUNG: wunderbar! Im Zentrum des Gardasee gibt es viele Restaurants in der Nähe, guter Start für Spaziergang. Es dauert 15 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof von Fuß. FODER: Sehr schönes Frühstück inbegriffen, es gibt auch Kaffee vor dem Hotel mit Blick auf den See. EINRICHTUNGEN: gutes WLAN auf jedem Stock, sicher in einem Zimmer, Tee und Kaffee auch. STAFF: sehr freundlich und freundlich. Jeder möchte Ihnen mit jeder Frage helfen.

Wir kamen nach der Renovierung wieder und waren begeistert, wie toll das Hotel geworden ist : moderner Touch im Innenbereich, cooler Rooftop-Pool mit Rundblick über die Altstadt und den Gardasee. Schönes Zimmer ( das Bad ist etwas eng ) mit Balkon und Seeblick. Kleiner Vorgarten mit Lounge-Möbeln zum Chillen oder Frühstücken ( typisch italienisch ). Wenn man gut essen will, muß man das Haus nicht verlassen und bleibt im Restaurant ”Philo”. Das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich. Das Hotel besticht durch seine zentrale Lage und durch die Symbiose aus alt und modern.

The good: the view from the room was fabulous, the included breakfast was wonderful, and the attached restaurant was very good. The one thing to be careful of (and it is on the check in notes is to not leave your door to the patio open, as gnats WILL attack). The great: we had a train to Florence scheduled for 0653 on day of departure. The night before, I asked about a cab because I wanted to be sure to get there on time. The lady working the desk, said...”no problem, 5 mins”, so since it's only a 5 minute ride to the train station, I didn't think much of it. Well the next morning, I get down at 0620, there are no cabs available. The staff kept trying to get in touch, but none were responding. We were caught in a catch-22 where walking would have been impractical but the cabs said they'd be available in 10 mins. Eventually, we were stood up by the cabs and the staff on duty drove us to the station in their own vehicle. I can't express how absolutely grateful I (and my wife) are for the hospitality. They went so far above and beyond what was necessary, and even more, saved us from complications that would have messed up our trip for days. Thank you again for being so gracious and helpful.

Fabelhafte Lage, nur vom Hauptplatz und den Bars/Restaurants. Boote/Fähren praktisch am Türstopp, so musste nie zu weit gehen, wenn wir nicht wollten. Zugstation ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, einfacher nach unten, nicht so schnell auf dem Weg mit Taschen! Ich war aus einem Grund auf ein kleineres Familienhotel zu warten. Es schien viel größer zu sein als ich erwartet hatte und dass das 'familiegefühl' leider fehlte. Die meisten Zeiten gab es niemand an der Rezeption und nur ein Mitarbeiter (oder Familie) der Rest schien ziemlich uninteressant. Das Hotelzimmer war braun und obwohl es 2 Fenster hatte, sah man auf die Rückseite des Gebäudes, so dass das Zimmer ziemlich dunkel fühlte. Es war ruhig, solange die Fenster geschlossen und das Zimmer sauber war. Ein kontinentales Frühstück wurde eingeschlossen. Wir waren dort seit einer Woche und leider nach den ersten Tagen gab es keine Früchte und von Tag 3/4 Die meisten Frühstücksangebote waren vor allem mindestens eine halbe Stunde vor dem Frühstücksende verschwunden, Dies führte zu wenigen ungeschickten Gästen und einigen, die noch hungrig verlassen. Andere als Frühstück, wir haben im Hotel ein paar Mal gegessen. Das Essen war schön, obwohl ich mich ein wenig überpreist fühlte. Service war gut bei der ersten Gelegenheit, aber bei der zweiten Gelegenheit ziemlich gleichgültig. Es fühlte sich so, als ob die Vorrangsgeschichte der Besitzer die Restaurants, die sowohl zum Mittagessen als auch zum Abendessen beschäftigt waren, laufen. Das Hotel war sehr bequem, aber überpreis für das, was es ..., aber dann glaube ich, wir gingen Spitzenzeit ...! Ich glaube nicht, dass ich das Hotel wieder buchen würde, wenn ich nach Desanzano zurückgehen würde.

We had a nice stay here the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean although in my opinion the furniture and décor is a bit dated and could do with updating however it is functional. The balconies are large and sunny. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice we only had breakfast once so don't know if there are different items daily . The location its about 10 minutes from the centre for bars and restaurants and the ferry terminal and about the same to the train station in the opposite direction, 5minutes to Ins supermarket at the bottom of the street and around 15- 20 minutes to larger supermarkets. So its pretty central for everything. Disliked · Air conditioning very noisy had to turn it off at night and not very good during the day. Poor lighting in the room at night. Needs better access to the refuge bins. Soundproofing could be better. Hairdryer poor.

Das freundliche und kleine Hotel liegt zentral in Desenzano und mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Direkt neben dem Hotel beginnt die Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften, Lokalen und der Uferpromenade. Das Frühstück ist gemessen an italienischen Verhältnissen weit überdurchschnittlich, der Service hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber und sie haben ein modernes Bad. Ebenso gibt es eine individuell regelbare Klimaanlage und einen Safe. Das Auto kann gegen einen sehr fairen Preis von 10€ für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthaltes in einer Parkgarage geparkt werden, die jedoch einen kleinen Fußmarsch entfernt liegt. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man natürlich direkt vor das Hotel fahren. Insgesamt für den fairen Preis eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, die sich mit 4 Sterne Häusern messen kann.
