Recently stayed at Maison Barbes for a birthday trip to the city - and this hotel is perfect for a few nights of exploring and seeing the best of Monmartre. Huge thank you to all of the staff who made the stay feel really special - attentive, polite and willing to offer advice on what to see in the area. Overall the hotel is stunning, really well designed and comfortable. Agree with some other reviews that the area isn't the best after dark, but had no issues if you're able to ignore anyone selling cigarettes outside the metro. Gym is very small, but good enough for an early morning workout before hitting the city. Very well connected with metro routes, and not far from Gare Du Nord too which is super helpful for getting around. Breakfast was good to have as well, but plenty of boulangeries near by as well, so you have plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again - bear in mind that you're in Pairs and space comes at a premium, but this is boutique at its best.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Angleterre mit einer Schülergruppe. Das familiäre und eher kleine Hotel ist dafür optimal, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer, die fast alle renoviert sind, haben unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Zum Frühstück gab es frisches Baguette, Croissants und Schokocroissants. Ich kann die Kritik nicht nachvollziehen! Es ist ein einfaches Hotel, das für den günstigen Preis eine wirklich gute Qualität bietet. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr zentral, in wenigen Minuten ist man bei Sacré-Cœur, die Metro erreicht man in zwei Minuten. Natürlich muss man bedenken, dass man nicht gerade in der reichsten Gegend von Paris ist. Aber wenn man das weiß, kann man sich dementsprechend verhalten. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme!

Ich fand das Hotel online und buchte es, weil der Preis gut war und es nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Gare du Nord entfernt war. Seine Lage in der Nähe der Verbindung von Boulevard Rochechourt und Boulevard Barbès bedeutet, es ist nützlich für den Metro. Auch in der Nähe ist die schöne Kirche des Sacré Coeur und des Flea Market in Clignancourt. Die Nachbarschaft war lebendig; wir kamen am Samstag Abend und die Straßen waren mit Menschen besetzt. Als offenkundige Besucher (mit Backpacks usw.) wir mehr Aufmerksamkeit als wir wollten, aber es hat nicht die gesamte Erfahrung von Paris verringert. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich zu jeder Zeit und die Unterkunft sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück wurde in einem kleinen Speisesaal serviert und bestand aus Krusten, Brot, Schalen, Butter, Orangensaft und einer breiten Auswahl an Kaffee und Tee. Wir beschlossen, auf unserer Rückreise in das gleiche Hotel zu buchen und sie gaben uns günstige Preise für die Rückreise von Kunden.

Es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, aber es scheint ein Ort zu sein, an dem die Sicherheit nicht gut ist. Eine Bäckerei ein paar Minuten zu Fuß links nach dem Verlassen des Hotels war sehr lecker und ich ging dorthin. Ich war froh, dass es in den Annehmlichkeiten Kekse gab. Es herrschte ein Gefühl von Sauberkeit, aber vielleicht war die Reinigung während meines Aufenthalts schlampig und es gab nicht genügend Handtücher, aber als ich es der Rezeption sagte, brachten sie mich später. Der Aufzug fährt nur bis zum 5. Stock und mein Zimmer lag im 6. Stock, sodass es schwierig war, mein Gepäck die Treppe hinaufzutragen.

Für schwangere oder korpulente Personen nicht geeignet. 4 Handtücher aber nur zwei Haken Doppelzimmer Supreme aber keine Ablage oder Stau-Möglichkeiten für 2 Personen Straßenlärm: Fenster ungeeignet Service: Tag 2 benutzte Handtücher noch am Haken oder auf den Ablagen Spiegel nicht geputzt Mülleimer ungeleert, nicht gesaugt Service: Tag 3 Betten nicht gemacht! Kein Toilettenpapier gecheckt Kein Müll entsorgt Waiter inkompetent und nicht hilfsbereit Aussage: Zimmer werden mal gemacht, mal nicht Dusche Wasser Ablauf verstopft: läuft nur dann nicht über, wenn man rechtzeitig Wasser abstellt

I arrived in Paris without a hotel booking. I had hoped to book on the train over from the UK but the Wi-Fi was not up to it. So this was an off the street booking. From the start I was struck by how helpful and friendly the staff are. This continued throughout my stay. I was assisted by many members of the team and there is a good team spirit in the hotel. My room was a good size and there was a comfortable bed and a nice en suite. The room was perhaps a little stark and the ceiling of the bathroom needs a little touch up decor, but this was a hotel that was offering very good value for money compared to other alternatives nearby. The hotel does not offer breakfast but it has a pleasant seating area with a coffee machine and coffee was free up to I think 11 o'clock in the morning . There were little tokens that you put into a slot in order to get the coffee. The hotel are very happy for you to gather together some breakfast fare from the nearby bakeries and so forth and partake of this in the seating area. The hotel is close to both Gare du Nord and Montmartre. The Metro Station Anvers is even more nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel and I discovered on my last day that there was an even shorter walk if I taken a different road. For me this was a very good metro line and I was able to see many places I wanted to go to in a few days without any, or too many, line changes. I rather like seeing cities in this way, by seeking to make the most of tube lines or tram lines that are close to where I am staying. While I remember I would recommend a repairs and alteration shop called M'Apostrophe which is nearby. There was a very charming seamstress there who helped me when I was lost. There were some very chic dresses on a hanger that I assume belonged to local Parisians. I understand that the seamstress is very well thought of and so if one was to have a wardrobe malfunction whilst in Paris I think this would be the ideal place to put things right. I really enjoyed my few days in Paris and I'm grateful to the team at the Vintage hotel who looked after me very well.

# Lob # für die Klarheit des Bodens, die Klarheit der Wände, Dekoration, Zimmerservice, Qualität des Bettes, Geschirrspülmittel zufrieden; Insgesamt habe ich drei Nächte gebucht, die ersten beiden Tage waren auf der Buchung gesetzt, rund 1200rmb eine Nacht, weil der Flug Italien abgebrochen wurde, musste ich eine Nacht in Paris bleiben und schnell auf Trip.com um eine Nacht fortfahren, nur rund 700. Trip.com ist immer noch sehr bequem, loben Sie es. - Das Hotel. 1, Geographische Lage: In der Grenze zwischen den Zonen 9 und 18 ist die Monmat-Standort super ungeschickt und am Morgen können Sie die Montmat-Highland erreichen. Es dauert nur 4-5 Minuten, um die U-Bahn-Line 12 zu Fuß zu gehen. Es gibt nur eine Station von der U-Bahn East Station in Paris. Prima geographische Lage! Es ist sehr bequem, die U-Bahn zu setzen in vielen Landschaftsgebieten und umgeben von vielen Essen. Wir kamen um 11 Uhr in der Nacht und fanden auch frische Hühner (obwohl nicht lecker) unten. Der Nachteil ist, dass es in 18 Gebieten mehr Mischungen gibt als in anderen Gebieten, und es ist gut, in 18 Gebieten zu vermeiden, in der Nacht. Zimmer 2: Mängel: Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Wir haben zwei 28-Zoll-Fässer mitgebracht, keiner kann offen 😅 gelegt werden und dann ist das Bergwasser nur die erste Nacht kostenlos zu senden. Vorteil: Die Warmheit ist sauber. Das Hotel ist gut, es gibt keine zu hohen Anforderungen für die Unterkunft.

Zimmer wurde Burgled !! Buchte einen 3-Nacht-Unterkunft im Hotel durch Eurostar Package - Train + Hotel. Ich und mein Freund hatten 2 separate Einzelzimmer reserviert. Am Zweiten Abend war mein Freund Zimmer Burgled, während er im Zimmer schlief. Sein Kameratasche, Tripod, Pass, Wallet, Sonnenbrille wurden gestohlen. Das Rezeptionspersonal des Hotels zeigte keine Empathie und keine Hilfe wurde bereitgestellt, sobald sie über den Burglary informiert wurden. Die Rezeption nannte gerade die Polizei und natürlich, die Polizei statt das Hotel zu untersuchen, forderte uns auf, zu der Polizeistation zu kommen, um eine Beschwerde einzureichen. Das Hotel hat keine Kameras und keine Sicherheit. Wir haben die Rezeption wiederholt gebeten, die Details des Managers/Hochgeschwindigkeitsleiters zur Beschwerde zu übermitteln, aber wir wurden nicht mit Informationen und grundsätzlich ignoriert. Das Hotel-Rezeptionpersonal hat sich nicht so gestört und verhalten, wie es regelmäßig im Hotel passiert. Die Hotelzimmer im ersten Stock sind leicht von der Straße zugänglich. Wir bemerkten auch, dass die Fenster im Zimmer nach der täglichen Hausaufbewahrung im Zimmer geöffnet wurden. Da es sich um einen kurzen Urlaub handelte, war ich in Ordnung mit den kleinen Zimmern und begrenzten Dienstleistungen. Jedoch sollte jede Reisende / Gast nicht kompromittieren SAFETY ...und Wenn Sie und Ihre Zubehör nicht sicher im Hotelzimmer sind, dann ist es sehr besorgniserregend. Bitte buchen Sie dieses Hotel auf eigene Gefahr ... und das Beste wäre nur, um das HOTEL zu vermeiden !! Es ist sehr enttäuschend, dass dieses Hotel von Eurostar empfohlen wird und wir haben das Problem getrennt mit Eurostar angesprochen. Es gibt keine Wahl, 0 Stern zu geben, oder ich würde sicherlich einen 0 Stern geben. Dies war meine erste Reise nach Paris und könnte die letzte sein nach einer solchen WORST EXPERIENCE. !!

Hotel Avenir Montmartre is what it is, it's a 2 star modest budget hotel and it's our favourite hotel in Paris. We've stayed there many times over the years as it suits our travel needs. It's an ideal location and an ideal base for exploring Paris, nothing flash but it's clean and comfortable, if your on a budget (or even if you're not on a budget) depending on your travel accommodation wants, it will do you fine. Fantastic and amazing views of the magnificent Sacre Coeur from the Panasonic rooms, which is so close and also one can view the Eiffel Tower from certain rooms. Some rooms are not so roomy but it's whatever suits your requirements. To start your exploration of Paris by the Metro, Metro Anvers is a very close & convenient 50 meters from the hotel, also the hotel is a short walk to the famous Montmartre and the many artists and art galleries including Salvador Dali. However if you are walkers, ( by using the google map app on your mobile) many well known places & sights of Paris are only an interesting 15 to 20 minute walk. Also one can take a leisurely 13 minute stroll along the lovely Boulevard d'Rochechouart and Boulevard de Clichy to the famous Moulin Rouge via Blanche & Pigalle. and like everywhere else in Paris, there are many great cafe's and restaurants nearby. The breakfasts are only continental but are great. Staff are nice and so very helpful, friendly and obliging. Very satisfied and pleased with staying at this lovely modest hotel

I checked into this hotel on March 17th. On March 18th I left the hotel at 11:50 noon. I was the only one in the quadruple room when I left. Other tenants have checked out. I am also confirming that my 20-inch suitcase is locked. And double locked in the 30-inch luggage. And the laptop is locked in the iron cabinet provided by the hotel, and the lock is double-checked. before leaving the room. PM 18:40 I return to the hotel. After charging in the lobby on the first floor, return to the second floor at 19:40 PM. When I opened the door with a magnetic card, I found that the 20-inch suitcase was taken out of the 30-inch suitcase. Both pieces of luggage had been vandalized open and things were missing. The lock on the iron cabinet was also damaged, and the laptop inside was not taken away. I immediately went downstairs to inform the hotel counter and asked her to come upstairs with me. Later, the hotel staff invited me to the police station. I hurried to the police station, and the police station asked me to call 17 when I went back to the hotel. They will follow the procedure. One of the policemen who arrived that night told us that room 305 of this hotel had also been burglarized last week. Those who want to stay, please take care of your own property safety and be mentally prepared''The hotel manager will not be very active in dealing with it'' But on the night of the incident, the lady at the counter was really friendly and eager to help. 我3月17日入住這個飯店。 3月18日我中午11:50 離開飯店。 離開時四人房裡只有我一個人。其他房客已退房。 也在確認自己20吋行李箱鎖好。並且雙重鎖在30吋行李箱內。 而筆電鎖在飯店提供的鐵櫃裡，也雙重確認上了鎖頭。才離開房間。 下午PM 18:40 我回到飯店。先在一樓大廳充電完 PM 19:40分回到2樓。 用磁卡打開門時，發現20吋行李箱從30吋行李箱裡被拿出來。 兩件行李都已被破壞打開並遺失東西。 鐵櫃上的鎖頭也被破壞，裡面筆電也不被拿走。 我立即下樓告知飯店櫃台，並請她跟我上樓看。 後來飯店人員請我去警察局。我趕快到了警察局，警察局人員請我再回到飯店先致電17。他們會照程序。 回到飯店後，晚上 PM 22:50 我打了電話到17。晚上 PM 23:09 警察人員就到飯店了解現場。 當晚到場的其中一個警察跟我們說，上週這間飯店的305號房也發生房內竊盜案。 3月19日 AM 11:00 有警察到飯店房間拍照並再詢問後，他們請我過來警察局報案。 一直到等到3月21日上午經理Michael GIROD上班，他態度不是很好，也沒有道歉。只說會告知保險公司。 想要住的人請小心自身財產安全及有心理準備‘’飯店經理不會很積極的處理‘’ 但是事發當晚，櫃台小姐真的很友善且熱心幫忙。
