Dies ist ein Hotel, das für den Sommerurlaub geeignet ist. Es wird nicht empfohlen, wenn es kalt ist. Das Hotel liegt als Ferienort, die Landschaft ist wirklich wunderschön, dahinter liegt der Thunersee. Im Sommer können Sie auch in einem Boot schwimmen, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Nachteile sind jedoch, dass die Hoteleinrichtungen sehr allgemein sind, es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, das Badezimmer ist klein, es wird unangenehm sein, wenn das Wetter kalt ist, und ich werde kalt sein. Es gibt eine allgemeine Hotellage, etwas weit von den Ost- und Weststationen entfernt, geeignet für Autofahrten, es gibt Busse an der Tür, Sie können auch ein Boot nehmen, die Rezeption gibt kostenlose Transporttickets, aber der Interlaken-Landbus ist sehr arbeitslos Früh wird es nach 7:30 weg sein.

Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht schöner sein können. Uns gefiel das Zimmer in Eichenholz, das Badezimmer im schlichten aber geschmackvollen Design, die Sonnenterasse, das Wellness mit der Panorama-Sauna mit Blick auf den Eiger, die Möglichkeit im Garten zu liegen. Die Speisen sind von ausgezeichneter Qualität und der Service ist persönlich und professionell. Der Schwatz mit der Chefin und dem Receptionisten hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

Ich habe bei meinen Hotelaufenthalten (das waren nicht wenige) noch nie einen Gastgeber kennengelernt, der sich so intensiv um seine Gäste gekümmert hat. Die Aussicht vom Hotel aus auf die Berge und dem Thunersee ist einmalig. Nützt man das Angebot ein Fondue in einem der 3 Hotpots zu geniessen kombiniert mit dieser Aussicht, so erlebt man etwas Aussergewöhnliches. Leider fehlte uns die Zeit dafür. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem geschichtsträchtigen Hotel lohnt sich jederzeit.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist einfach und eher auf 1* bis 2*-Niveau. Der Innenbereich des Hotels ist insgesamt recht abgenutzt und bräuchte eine grundlegende Renovierung. Obwohl bei der Buchung kostenloses Wifi angegeben war, hatte ich auf meiner ganzen Etage kein Wifi und es gab nur im und um das Foyer herum Empfang. Das Personal wirkte gestresst und recht überfordert. Weder bei mir noch bei einem anderen Gast lag eine Buchungsbestätigung und Zahlungsbestätigung vor, so dass ich zunächst doppelt bezahlen musste, später aber das Geld zurückbekam. Keine Empfehlung!

Es ist jedoch ein schöner Ort zum Verweilen, den renovierten Zimmern wurde ein neues Aussehen verliehen, mit Holzböden, Geräusche sind nachts ein echtes Problem, der Hotelbar-Typ öffnet und schließt sie auch nach Mitternacht, wenn die Bar geschlossen ist. Der Besitzer selbst ist rund um das Anwesen anwesend und wacht tagsüber über die Dinge. Hotelrezeptionistin mit Brille mangelt es ernsthaft an Manieren. Das Frühstück hat keine gute Speisekarte. Insgesamt ein teurer Ort, der Ihnen kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Das gleiche Hotel mit 100+/- für 2 Nächte soll ok sein, aber 250 CHF sind viel zu viel verlangt, was ich herausfand, nachdem ich einige andere Hotels gefragt hatte.

Wir haben eine Woche im Adventure Guesthous verbracht. Familienzimmer unter dem Dach. Die Betten | Matratzen sind bequem und es hat ausreichend Platz für 5 Pers. Das grosse Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne ist Klasse. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer winzig, macht nicht viel aus, da man im Gemeinschafts-Frühstücksraum | Küche, den grossen Kühlschrank mitnutzen kann. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man ist per Du und das macht es ”gemütlich | familiär” Uns hat es gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

We walked from Interlaken West and found the hotel easily. We had booked a superior double room (no 44) which was a good size with an adequate bathroom and very comfortable bed however the view blew us away!! Amazing! Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly. We loved the area too with plenty of great restaurants!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this lovely hotel in quiet Unterseen . The room was spacious with a sofa , in addition to twin beds and a balcony overlooking the street . A kettle and a drying rack ( below flower box) were nice extras. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful . Be aware that there is no elevator or A/C. The coffee at breakfast was especially good and you can order eggs.

Alle positiven für dieses Hotel. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und Personal, immer Beratung und Wechselhandtücher etc. Wenn nötig. Die Lage war hervorragend, der schönste Ort, den wir jemals verblieben haben. Zimmer waren schön, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Balkon im Lounge und beide Schlafzimmer, und die Aussicht war erstaunlich aus unserem Zimmer ( 102) . Sehr zentrale für Transport , Geschäfte, Restaurants usw. es war schön und ruhig im Hotel , überhaupt keine Probleme. Wir wollten nur, dass wir mehr als vier Nächte verbringen. Wir hatten alle eine wunderbare Zeit.
