I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We stayed here as a family for 5 nights in Oct 23. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and we had the best holiday possible! The staff in the hotel were all very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant was amazing and served a large and varied buffet menu for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It served different foods from around the world, so you always had such a large choice. Our room was cleaned every day and we always came back from our days out to a made bed, fresh towels and a spotless room! The pool area was also fantastic and also kept spotless. Somebody was always tidying the tables or putting the chairs back to their correct positions. The pool was always crystal clear water and the young lady lifeguard was always vigilant watching anybody swimming. She also was very helpful when you asked to play tennis, table tennis, mini golf or if you wanted a pool towel and always greeted you with a smile! The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the fantastic beach and all the gift shops and restaurants. So there is always plenty to do in and around the hotel. All in all, this has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in and I highly recommend a stay here! We will certainly be returning in the near future. Thank you Amapola for a great holiday experience.

Gut modernisiertes Hotel im 70er Jahre Stil. Das gesamte Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Hotel Suite 129 mit großem durchgängigem Balkon um 2 Seiten und haben die Sonne auch dort auf unseren Liegen sehr genossen. Leider ist das Freibad nicht beheizt - es fehlt einfach eine Solaranlage auf dem Dach des Hotels, so dass das Wasser uns Mitte April noch viel zu kalt war. Lage & Umgebung 5,0 Der Strand der Platja de Muro ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und gehört aktuell zu den 3 schönsten Stränden Europas. Viele Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto, aber auch mit dem Bus, in der näheren Umgebung sehr gut erreichbar. Zimmer 5,0 Unsere Suite bestand aus 2 separaten Zimmern, jeweils mit eigenem Zugang zum Balkon, der um 2 Seiten des Hotels verläuft. Das französische Bett hatte eine exzellente Matratze und eine sehr gute Auswahl an 3 verschiedenen Kissen. Im Wohnbereich stand eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine bereit. Leider wurden die Kapseln nur 1 Mal während unseres Aufenthalts nachbestückt. Ein Wasserkocher und eine Teeauswahl stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung, wie auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank zur eigenen Bestückung. Das Innen-Bad ist funktional und sauber. Insgesamt war der Reinigungs-Service gut, allerdings gab es letztes Jahr noch Handtuch-Schwäne als i-Tüpfelchen auf dem Bett, aber das war vielleicht die persönliche Note der damaligen Putzkraft. Service 6,0 Der Service war gewohnt exzellent und sehr persönlich zugewandt. Sowohl der Maitre de Service im Restaurant, als auch einige Servicekräfte, sowie Barkeeper aus dem letzten Jahr waren diesmal auch wieder dabei und haben uns teilweise sogar wiedererkannt. Gastronomie 5,0 Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr umfangreich, sogar Sekt war im Angebot. Das Abendessen setzte, wie im letzten Jahr, täglich thematisch unterschiedliche Akzente. Jeder konnte dabei entsprechend des eigenen Geschmacks immer ein qualitativ gutes Angebot finden. Show Cooking gehören sowohl bei Frühstück, als auch beim Abendessen immer zum Programm. Sport & Unterhaltung 3,0 Da das Freibad leider unbeheizt ist (dabei wäre Solarthermie einfach auf der Dachfläche des Hotels installierbar), war es Mitte April im Prinzip noch unbenutzbar - schade eigentlich. Das Hotel wird von vielen Radsportlern gebucht, es gibt auch einen eigenen Fahrradkeller dafür. Allerdings läßt das Hotel zu, dass Gäste ihre Fahrräder mit auf ihre Zimmer nehmen. Das stört immens in der Empfangshalle, im Treppenhaus und in den Fluren, da diese Gäste sich mit ihren Fahrrädern in den öffentlichen Bereichen des Hotels in der Regel ziemlich rücksichtslos verhalten und offensichtlich erwarten, dass auf sie Rücksicht genommen wird, als umgekehrt. Das Resort versuchte, mir zusätzliches Geld für den Aufenthalt meiner Kinder in Rechnung zu stellen, da Trip.com nicht 4, sondern 2 Personen mitgeteilt hatte. Wir legten die Unterlagen als Beweis vor und der Trip-Kundendienst rief an und es reichte nicht aus, obwohl in den Unterlagen stand, dass es sich um 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene handelte. Sie wollten mir weitere 800 $ für den Aufenthalt meiner Kinder in Rechnung stellen, nachdem ich bereits bezahlt hatte. Trip verlangte, dass ich bezahle, und sie würden mir das Geld zurückerstatten, aber ich vertraute niemandem und es klang zu schön, um wahr zu sein. Einer dieser beiden hat es vermasselt und meinen Urlaub fast ruiniert. Das Hotel hat es „herausgefunden“ und das Problem behoben, aber ich weiß nicht, wer schuld war. Das Hotelpersonal war fantastisch, die Lage war fantastisch, das Essen zum Frühstück war gut und das Abendessen wahnsinnig teuer. Sie versuchten, mich in einem Raucherzimmer unterzubringen und sagten mir, sie seien voll. Später fanden sie ein anderes Zimmer für uns, das viel besser war. Die Probleme wurden gelöst, aber das war eine enttäuschende Erfahrung für das Iberostar-Reservierungsteam und trip.com.

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon inkl. Frühstück für eine Woche gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem. Der Zimmerservice war auch in Ordnung. Wir haben täglich ein sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück vom Buffet genossen. Da wir täglich nach dem Frühstück auf Besichtigungen und Wanderungen waren, haben wir weder Poolbereiche noch Bar, Mittags- und Abendgastronomie ausprobiert. Dadurch dass es ein beliebtes Familien Urlaubshotel ist, war der Lärmpegel durch tobende Kinder teilweise auch am Abend etwas störend. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel sind je nach Tageszeit teilweise schwierig zu bekommen, da muss man halt etwas weiter Abseits in den Straßen parken. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücksservice alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Really enjoyed our stay here, very laid back and we paid a bargain price through Easyjet Holidays. However, we were offered a room upgrade on arrival for €90, which we took. We were there in the last week of the season so things were winding down but the staff were very helpful and attentive. The entertainment guy Kuba was such a nice guy and although we weren't around for the entertainment, apart from our first night, he always made a point of coming and taking to us when he saw us. The pool was chilly as expected for October but large and useable, no fighting for sunbeds here, there are plenty! The room was OK but needed some refurbing, especially the door which was in bad condition, but I expect these issues will be addressed during the winter closedown. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants so maybe a bit further than some people would want, but was OK for us. The included breakfast was fairly good, no real complaints but may not be so good if you're fussy! The evening buffet was €20 each which is probably a bit more than we wanted to pay but we made sure we had plenty. Wine and water need to be paid for on top. Drink and food prices on site are quite expensive so you may want to get some supplies from a shop.

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon inkl. Frühstück für eine Woche gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem. Der Zimmerservice war auch in Ordnung. Wir haben täglich ein sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück vom Buffet genossen. Da wir täglich nach dem Frühstück auf Besichtigungen und Wanderungen waren, haben wir weder Poolbereiche noch Bar, Mittags- und Abendgastronomie ausprobiert. Dadurch dass es ein beliebtes Familien Urlaubshotel ist, war der Lärmpegel durch tobende Kinder teilweise auch am Abend etwas störend. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel sind je nach Tageszeit teilweise schwierig zu bekommen, da muss man halt etwas weiter Abseits in den Straßen parken. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücksservice alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Insgesamt kommen wir sehr gerne in dieses Hotel. Aber teilweise müssen einige Dinge renoviert werden. Die Toilettenspülung in unserem Zimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Fliesen im Außenbereich waren schadhaft. Die Speisekarte am Pool ist zu gering. Es fehlen noch einige kleine Snacks. Eine Tagessupe wäre z.Bspl. gut, oder irgendwelche Eiergerichte z.B. Rührei oder so.

Wir haben dieses Hotel auf Empfehlung einer Freundin gebucht und sind so froh dieser Empfehlung gefolgt zu sein. Die Hotelanlge ist wunderschön ruhig gelegen und bietet einen enormen Erholungswert. Ein toller großer Garten und der Pool sind super gepflegt. Auf der Terasse zu sitzen unter den großen Bäumen ist wunderbar und rundet das tolle landestypische Essen ab. Hier kann man viele schöne Stunden verbringen, auch wenn man nur für ein Abendessen vorbeikommt. Aber auch im Haus kommt bei rustikaler Atmosphäre gleich Urlausfeeling auf.. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage war sehr schön leise und gut zu bedienen. Über die Gastgeber kann man nur positives sagen. Das Team um die Besitzerin und ihren Sohn ist super nett und aufmerksam und man fühlt sich sehr schnell sehr wohl. Ich kann das Hotel nur allen empfehlen, die abseits des oft üblichen Rummels auf Mallorca, einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Das Resort versuchte, mir zusätzliches Geld für den Aufenthalt meiner Kinder in Rechnung zu stellen, da Trip.com nicht 4, sondern 2 Personen mitgeteilt hatte. Wir legten die Unterlagen als Beweis vor und der Trip-Kundendienst rief an und es reichte nicht aus, obwohl in den Unterlagen stand, dass es sich um 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene handelte. Sie wollten mir weitere 800 $ für den Aufenthalt meiner Kinder in Rechnung stellen, nachdem ich bereits bezahlt hatte. Trip verlangte, dass ich bezahle, und sie würden mir das Geld zurückerstatten, aber ich vertraute niemandem und es klang zu schön, um wahr zu sein. Einer dieser beiden hat es vermasselt und meinen Urlaub fast ruiniert. Das Hotel hat es „herausgefunden“ und das Problem behoben, aber ich weiß nicht, wer schuld war. Das Hotelpersonal war fantastisch, die Lage war fantastisch, das Essen zum Frühstück war gut und das Abendessen wahnsinnig teuer. Sie versuchten, mich in einem Raucherzimmer unterzubringen und sagten mir, sie seien voll. Später fanden sie ein anderes Zimmer für uns, das viel besser war. Die Probleme wurden gelöst, aber das war eine enttäuschende Erfahrung für das Iberostar-Reservierungsteam und trip.com.

wunderschönes hotel , sehr freundliches und kompetentes personal,leider ist das hotel für kinderlose paare oder alleinreisende nicht zu empfehlen,da man beim abendessen sein eigenes wort nicht verstand durch das geschrei der kinder was nicht auszuhalten war. wir werden das schöne hotel vermissen wo wir jahrelang unsere radferien verbracht haben,denn buchen werden wir es leider nicht mehr!!

Well, alas, we are coming to the end of our first visit to the Natura Playa. We have been regular guests at one of its sister hotel’s; The Gran Vista in Ca’n Picafort, on 4 or 5 occasions and we always enjoyed our holidays there. The Natura Playa is a smaller hotel but has an extremely relaxed atmosphere and approach to ensuring you have a superb stay. We are a little bias as; we know the Manager for a while after meeting him when he was the deputy at the Gran Vista and he has really put his professional and personal stamp on the Natura, it means so much to him. Admittedly it’s very early in the season, but everything is up and running and we have been blessed with fabulous weather. The location is lovely, right on top of the beach, which is nicer than the beach at Ca’n Picafort where you have a 200 metre walk to get there, from the Gran Vista. Ample sun beds etc around a couple of outside pools, plus a child paddling area and then the beauty of the Med at your door. An excellent Dining Room is complemented by a lovely Bistro Bar which doubles up as the entertainment area of an evening where; the Animation Team, led by Kai (?), work very hard to ensure there is plenty to do. The choice in the Dining room is of a very high quality with the Chefs preparing excellent food throughout the week with plenty of choice, especially fish and 3 different fresh ingredients Fish/Steak/Chops/Chicken etc cooked to your liking every evening. The only thing wrong with the buffet choices is; they’re all too appetising, especially for me, the desserts and confections. Choice at breakfast is also very good with everyone’s taste catered for. The rooms are of a very good size with decent sized beds and plenty of storage facilities and very well cleaned. The staff, from Reception, Restaurant, Bar, Animation, Cleaning & Maintenance are second to none and do their very best to ensure any of your requests are fulfilled. An excellent hotel for both families and couples. There is excellent regular local transport available within 50 metres of the hotel to Ca’n Picafort (lovely promenade), Alcudia and even to the capital Palma. Cheapest way to use bus service is; buy a book of tickets at local Tobacconists or use your Credit/Debit card YOU MUST SWIPE IT WHEN YOU GET ON and when YOU GET OFF, Using the same card for a couple makes it slightly cheaper. Although predominently German guests we did not feel out of place at all and you can book in the U.K. via *********** or direct with the hotel on the GRUPOTEL site. And, YES, we hope to return

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We stayed here as a family for 5 nights in Oct 23. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and we had the best holiday possible! The staff in the hotel were all very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant was amazing and served a large and varied buffet menu for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It served different foods from around the world, so you always had such a large choice. Our room was cleaned every day and we always came back from our days out to a made bed, fresh towels and a spotless room! The pool area was also fantastic and also kept spotless. Somebody was always tidying the tables or putting the chairs back to their correct positions. The pool was always crystal clear water and the young lady lifeguard was always vigilant watching anybody swimming. She also was very helpful when you asked to play tennis, table tennis, mini golf or if you wanted a pool towel and always greeted you with a smile! The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the fantastic beach and all the gift shops and restaurants. So there is always plenty to do in and around the hotel. All in all, this has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in and I highly recommend a stay here! We will certainly be returning in the near future.
