Bangalore|0.23km vom StadtzentrumI spent 3 nights at Oakwood in a one-bedroom suite. I was doing a recce for a long stay with my family. I was impressed and I’ve blocked it for a month-long stay in May. I’ve traveled a lot within India and stayed at several mid-high luxury hotels. This is right up there. It was genuinely worth the money. The room was very clean and spacious. The living room was larger than I expected, with a proper couch and a 3-seater table and a lounger. Kitchen was perfect. Washer / dryer / dishwasher / totally stocked with utensils and cutlery. Amenities looked great. Gym / pool / spa. They had a great breakfast spread. It’s a spacious + well lit dining space. I personally love the fact that restaurants and bars are right outside at the food court. The only small flag: some rooms face the side with the bars downstairs in the UB CITY food court. So you may hear slight noise from the music on weekends at night in your room. If you’re a light sleeper / coming with kids, just request for a room facing away from that. It’s not a big deal. The staff will totally help you out. Vivek Auddy from the sales team sorted me out with my long-stay planning. He was extremely accommodating and helped my wife and I plan out the details for our stay Hi***shi Singh from the front office is your go-to person for everything. She was extremely thorough with the check-in / check-out / planning little things like when I’d like to have the extra bed setup up in the room etc. Safety-wise: everyone working at the hotel wore masks the Right Way at all times. The hotel has limited the number of rooms available as per the safety guidelines. The hallways / common areas are spacious and won’t make you worry about feeling cramped. The Location is as good as it can get. Cubbon park is a super relaxed 5-7 min walk. It’s massive park (similar vibe to NYC’s Central Park). There’s a Starbucks close by. Tons of restaurants walking distance from the hotel.
