Location of the property is just Amazing and Unbelievable.Mr Anand Mahur on Reception and Mr Devendra Sir are Very nice Persons and ready to listen you and help you.But what we feel is both need good team and sufficient staff for better management and proper services to the Guests. Cleanliness should be improved. And Restaurant services needs overall improvement. They provide very poor services with very insufficient and untrained staff. During our morning breakfast only one person was trying to give services to all most 30 guests. All other staff were just relaxing inside and not bother about Guests. Mr. Anand was trying to satisfied the customer needs when somebody like me meet him during breakfast and request him to solve the issue. Thanks to his generosity. Breakfast with very few options was provided. Quality and test of Poha was not good.Needs lots of improvement in Restaurant services. Except food overall other experience is nice. All other staff are cooperative and polite in nature.

Our stay at the Sailani Island Resort was a majestic, lavish and serene experience, all at the same time. The huts are so well constructed with a spacious room, washroom and a large balcony overhanging the river side. Sipping tea early morning hearing the natural sound of birds, infrequent ripples of water and rustle of fallen leaves, all made our experience so memorable. The staff members were very hospitable, esp Mr Raikwad the Manager, was so courteous and always accessible. The food was delicious and well laid out. The boat ride to access the island and the jungle trail were the fun part. while the place is accessible with golf cart for the aged, it holds a spirit of adventure for the daring. I went for the morning scuba diving to see the remnants of an ancient temple - feeling the temple pyramidal top, touching the stone sculptures on the wall, the semi circular arches-submerged 60 feet below the dam waters followed by a swim in the open river. Bhure, my diving trainer was a fantastic cool guy. Overall, It was a holistic holiday !!

Ok as per locality. Only location advantage on a walking distance to omkareshwar jyotirling and mamleshwar jyotirling, the two major attractions of omkareshwar, also nearest to narmada river bank except clean room no other service in the hotel
