Alles so wie man es in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden durch das Personal öfter am Tag gereinigt. Minibar wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Einzig der Saunabereich war ungenügend, kein Ruhebereich der diesen Namen verdient. Jeder der an den Indoorpool will, muss durch den Saunabereich. Ständig laufen Arbeiter ebenfalls an der Sauna durch. Der Bereich gehört getrennt. Im Pool sind mehrere Duschen und mehrere Whirlpools, es ist sehr laut und stört total

Stayed for a week for a 30th and 60th birthday, had a brilliant time, the staff are very helpful and the rooms in the zen block are large and got cleaned every day, food was good quality especially for all inclusive. The swimming pools were just far too cold, in the week we was there we only saw 2 people use them, we tried the hydrotherapy pool at the back of our room in the zen block, it was absolutely freezing but our son enjoyed it, decided against using it again after that because it just seemed to get colder. Booked a romantic couples massage in the spa which was okay however expensive for what we received, it's a very mild massage but we still enjoyed ourselves. The spa swimming pool was lovely and warm and pleasurable experience, the sauna was very poor and only warm not hot, same for the steam room, we went twice into the spa swimming areas and both times the sauna and steam rooms were no good. Restaurants: Food of very good quality, but it's not topped up enough especially the pizza, you have to wait 5-10 minutes to get what you want sometimes. Drinks: Drinks are also good quality but can take a long time to get served which is down to the tills, for some reason they need your room number and almost always only one person serving, took 25 minutes in the sports bar to get a drink one night, after that just walked to the main bar for our drinks and walked back because it was quicker. Took us 2 days to find the lifeguard so we could get some towels due to him being elsewhere the majority of the time, usually pressure washing or sweeping leaves. The all inclusive ultra that you can upgrade to for 25 euros per person per day is not worth it, we tried it for a day to see if it was worth it, if you're in the zen block you don't really get a massive difference in things you can do, the roof top pool is too cold to use so would've been pointless, access to the spa is nice but the pool is small and has to be booked. Unless you go on holiday to drink alcohol every day not worth it. Overall, had an amazing time and it's definitely somewhere we may consider booking again in the future.

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen im Alua Suites. Unsere Kinder sind 3&4 Jahre alt, auch sie waren glücklich. Die Lage von unserem Zimmer war toll, direkte Nähe zum Spielplatz und Kinderpool. Und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, alles ist sauber und hygienisch. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich. Wir waren vom Kids Club/Astro Club sehr begeistert. Unsere Mädels waren gerne dort und die Damen dort waren sehr liebenswürdig und haben tolle Sachen angeboten. Man ist gleich am Meer vorne, wo es sich sehr schön ist.

So let's remember these are an extremely reasonable 3* self catering apartments, yes it is a bit tired and dated in places and the kitchen equipment could be more substantial for self catering, however, there is no issue with the cleanliness of the resort, the apartment and communal areas were kept clean and the maintenance team were clearly busy renovating areas of the resort, the reception staff were polite and helpful and when we did have a small issue with a missing sink plug this was resolved within 10 mins. The pool bar was reasonable and extremely friendly, the on site supermarket was well stocked. The only negative was the calibre of many of the guests, this really appeared to be a typical brits abroad resort, waiting to reserve sunbeds at 8.30 every morning, loud inappropriate language in front of young children, and sometimes aggressive nature no doubt caused by over drinking. To conclude, it's a nice 3* resort, but unfortunately attracting typical brits looking to drink heavily, lay in the sun, and adopt an aggressive approach to the staff. I wouldn't hesitate to book again but knowing this was a good location to base myself not necessarily stay on the complex during the day.

Sehr schönes , sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal in allen Bereichen ! Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet ! Es gibt 2 Pools einer davon für Kinder und einen Ruhepool , der war perfekt für uns ! Lage ist super sehr zentral und zum Meer ca 10 min Fußmarsch ! Wir waren über Weihnachten im Hotel , abends wurde sehr viel geboten mit super Live Musik und sehr tollen Weihnachtsbuffet ! Essen war generell sehr lecker !!!! Hotel ist zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen !!!

Absolut erstaunlich!!! Das Eigentum ist wunderschön, die Zimmer sind aus dieser Welt, das Personal und das Management sind die freundlichsten, und es ist sehr sicher! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt als Alleinreisende sehr genossen. Ich empfehle es den Alleinreisenden oder Paaren, die eine ruhige Oase suchen. Die Lagen sind ausgezeichnet und Ana am Rezeption ist so hilfreich und freundlich. Ich mochte es so sehr, ich habe eine Nacht verlängert, um es nur für ein wenig länger zu genießen. Ein verstecktes Geschirr!
